Nice shoes. Might I suggest, that you look into "Heel Slings" don't use them myself, hear they're good though. The serial number is on the the bottom of the frame, you have to practically turn the trike upside down to see it. My original Expedition was #168 back in 08. I think Paulo and Lynn made the first prototype around 06 sometime. Register the number with Catrike, that way if by some miracle you break it, they will replace it, at no charge. It has only happened twice, and not to an Expedition, but Murphy always gets us. Says sometging about the quality of Catrikwa, when in their entire history, only two have failed. One of them ridden by Seafoam. How he managed to get a trike to fly that high, and far, break it on landing, then walk away without a scratch, defies physics.
Hi Kirk That is some good info. Looks like there is no serial number . I checked online in some of the forms. I learned that the real early models Had stickers with the serial number. Well, of course, the stickers fell off. I must have one of the early models. Not quite 20 years yet. Am going to take a closer look today. I would like to register it. Thanks for the comment.
The serial number is located on the main frame of your Catrike. The main frame is the largest diameter part of the frame and serial numbers are located towards the back of the Catrike behind/below the seat. The serial number on newer Catrikes is engraved into the frame, so, it is permanent and cannot be removed.
Hi Yes, I have checked this. No luck. This is an older model. The time when they put stickers on instead of the newer engraving method. Thanks for commenting.
