This is my first exposure to Cattle Decap. It's mind-blowing, esp the bass and those amazing vocals. Drums are great, too, though the drummer reminds me of Vinnie Paul. Haha

These guys are eons better than any other band in their scene. One of the best death metal bands I've heard. Ever. They're so dynamic and take me by surprise every damn time.

This band is so fuckin incredible. Been listening to them since I found about The Harvest Floor. All their albums are pure gold. The way Travis does those shrieky highs during Your Disposal is just downright brutal. And I'm just so grateful they play one of my favorite songs of theirs. Lifestalker.

These guys are true professionals because, knowing me, I would've lashed the crowd with impunity from the stage if they snoozed like that on our band after playing our hearts out.

For those wondering why much of the audience is not reacting to this great performance, keep in mind that it sounded different to those who were there. You've all been to gigs and should know how muddy and downright awful the sound from open air PA's can be. In addition to originating from the venue's soundboard, this recording was likely mixed and mastered for further improvement after the event. Another factor to keep in mind is that this music is complicated AND fast. This, combined with the first point, probably made it difficult to understand and follow a performance - especially true if you are not familiar with the songs beforehand, which was probably the case with much of the audience.
