UPDATED Latest video: Shocking Confession Caught On Camera? | Rural EMT - County Employee ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AaKWIHcgl9E.html We had a contractor install 2,055 feet of cattle fence. There is 500 more feet of cattle fence that requires installation. During the installation period, this man (who is not a neighbor) and 2 actual neighbors threatened my contractor. They threatened to use a tractor to tear down the fence. We caught this EMT in his Lamar County issued uniform today acting on the threat. He damaged our newly installed cattle fence. The police ultimately served him with a criminal trespassing notice due to his criminal actions. See for yourself… 7:08
Why are people like this? Why can’t people be kind to each other? My neighbor badgered me about the fence. I was a new widow and I didn’t have any money to fix the fence or trim the tree. The tree in my backyard, (on my property I bought with my own money) was so beautiful. It was huge and had branches that went over the fence. This guy badgered me about paying to get the branches trimmed that hung over the fence. I don’t understand why he wanted to do that anyway because this was an amazing tree. Anyway, I can’t figure out why that guy was so nasty about your fence?! Especially when that’s not his property! I’ve been thinking about how as a Christian I need to show love to people no matter what they do. Jesus did that. They mutilated Him and He forgave them. He asked His Father to forgive them! A person is not being kind to my daughter and I’m really fighting with myself to be living towards them. I’m fiercely protective of my family. How I react is on me. God bless you. I hope it gets worked out and you can live in peace. Beautiful property! ❤️
Wow thats just crazy cant believe people ade acting that way especially when its your dang propertt glad the cops done what they done but he may keep on just put hidden cameras up cant believe the 2 neighbors are acting like that too such bs honestly so sorry yall are having to deal with this crap
Thank you for caring ❤️ We appreciate your support. The sheriff’s department was supportive too. We are glad he has been exposed and that a Criminal Trespassing Notice was issued.
I’m a retired professional Firefighter/EMT, wow that guy is a disgrace to the uniform. I’d contact your safety service department with a copy of your video.
I have reported the incidents to many community leaders. The chief of the fire department and the Region 04 EMS Director Office of EMS and Trauma Division of Health Protection here in Georgia both have copies of the no trespassing notice that the EMT was served with: dph.georgia.gov/EMS/regional-ems-systems/regional-contacts I do not know if the incident has been taken seriously by the Director and the chief of the fire department though.
@@bijouxdoum6199You sound as dumb as you look. She has video of the him damaging her fence, as well as him and his heifer discussing hitting the fence with a lawnmower.
Thank you. ❤️ We already had the fence company to repair the fence for us. We did also have him served with a criminal trespassing notice. The judge in the property damage case dismissed my case due to insufficient evidence and dismissed his counter claim. Other incidents have occurred since this video. We ultimately had to connect with local community leaders to cause the stalking and harassment to stop.
It has always amazed me how folks think they have the right to just access your property. People used to ask nicely, now they feel entitled to what you work for. You have a nice place started, wish you well with your neighbor.
Thank you for the compliment about our land development. ❤️ I agree with you. There are some people who will not respect private property rights. And, just a quick correction …the guy in the video is not my neighbor.
@Tiffanysfarm omg...I know well what you are dealing with! I planted a lot of fast growing bamboo on my property backline where "voyeuristic " neighbors watched me constantly and yelled out at me often. I then built a 28ft by 8 ft high lattice panel fence, just for PRIVACY. They hate it. But...I have some Peace now. Also...cameras,motion sensor lights. No trespass signs. Multi layers of attempts at privacy. They need to l e a v e. m e. ALONE!
@@Tiffanysfarm You all might also want to add trail cameras, maybe hidden, covering some of those signs so if people're on your property destroying or taking stuff (The signs) you have video evidence of it.
There is no acceptable reason for this, but have they given any reason? Have they been hunting on this land, with or without prior owner permission? I wonder only to see if knowing can help in the process of stopping them.
I’m dealing with the same thing. It’s too much and I’m fighting like hell … our next step is suing somebody. My neighbor is a 4th generation store owner privileged wannabe character. He will be stop!!!!
Like we do for bad cops, pull his "jacket" would be the word for some investigation. We don't want those kind of bad EMT people working for the public and for our patients who isn't respectful and so entitled. He oozes narc personality.
If convicted of a felony he will lose his license. If he works for a private ambulance service, the company most likely will deny your request to see his "jacket" HOWEVER they most likely would not be happy that he is committing crimes in uniform.
I once put up an electric cattle fence next to a neighbor who was moving in. He took it as an insult, but he spoke to me about it because it was close to his driveway. He was polite and professional and was concerned he had done something to upset me, which he hadn’t. I was putting it up to keep my animals away from his driveway. I moved the fence back 10 feet without discussion or being asked, which really was no skin off my nose. We were best friends after that. It’s a shame these people you’re dealing with are such jerks.
I am happy that your situation ended with a happy ending. ❤️ But, this guy in this video is not my neighbor. He is crossing over another man’s land to reach my land.

As you began the video, your Dad was fighting that hard red clay without a word! You know his back and shoulders were killing him! He got those shrubs planted for his Baby Girl! That's a good man and loving Father, right there! May Blessings flow to your family!
You are right about everything you just wrote. Georgia clay is no joke. And, yes, Dad is helping our farm move to the next level. ❤️ Thank you for the blessings. I will definitely read your comments to Dad later this evening. He will enjoy hearing me read your comments to him. ❤️
I noticed this, too! Pro-tip: Buy a 'Trenching shovel.' They have a very narrow blade, and can score/dig into the hard ground far easier than trying to slam a 'Post hole tool' into it. Use the 'Post hole tool' to retrieve the loosened/broken-up earth and set aside. You're hands, shoulders and back(s) will thank you!
@@Tiffanysfarm You/y'all are most welcome! I'm merely 'Paying it forward,' as a very wise Man once gave me this advice, and I learned. If you're only punching one/two holes, it isn't such a huge deal, but if you're putting up entire fences? Yeah... Oh, also? If you've got really hard pan dirt, they also sell a solid steel pole (I can't recall its proper Name atm), with a point at one end, and either a flat 'Scraper' or a flattened disc on the other. The pointed end is great for breaking through really hard turf (Instead of trying to use a shovel, or the 'Post Hold Digger.') Then, like the trenching shovel, once you've broken through enough of it, us the Post Hole tool to easily remove the bits. You look like you've got a very nice place there, and I wish you all the very best! :-D
It's a damn shame when you buy property and other people think they have a right to use it. I had the same problem when I bought a home. The man next door thought he would intimidate me because I'm a woman living alone. He underestimated me. I put up a fence and set him straight within 2 days. Never had anymore problems. I wish you the best.
You are 100% right. ❤️ Fences are so important in order to make people respect your property lines and deter unfriendly behavior. Kudos to you reacting appropriately and immediately. ❤️❤️❤️
Same, when we bought property in Centennial Colorado our neighbor was already using it for farming, and then would come over a til the soil, and plow the snow so it appeared to everyone in the neighborhood that he had ALWAYS had access to the property per adverse possession laws. Then when I complained about him and his activities I was extorted and stalked by the Republicn city councilman.
old story.... "good fences make good neighbors." American poet Robert Frost (1874-1963), but actually a reworking from much earlier. In 1640, an E. Rogers wrote a letter containing the following piece of wisdom: ‘A good fence helpeth to keepe peace between neighbours; but let vs take heed that we make not a high stone wall, to keepe vs from meeting.’
Thank you. ❤️ Always remember that the universe bends towards justice. ❤️ We did not win our case in court but after we provided video evidence of other incidents then other community leaders interceded on our behalf.

If someone is in uniform and/or using a government or company vehicle, they are considered acting in their official capacity. A lawyer should love this.

@@Tiffanysfarm Sounds like either the judge is on the take, part of good ol' boys gang, or both. At least they responded and it's now documented. If he works for some level of government's emergency services and not for a hospital (or rehab, assisted living, etc.) what he did falls under Official Oppression, possibly Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law. Might be worth the time to see if an attorney would give you a free consultation. Hopefully the formal notice will put an end to the bs.

What horrid neighbors. They have no right to the property you bought and pay taxes on. I have neighbors who kept telling their friends who I didn’t know they could ride their horses on my property. No respect!! Good luck.
I had neighbors tell their friends to park in the empty lot next to my house. I own that lot and they never asked permission . After a particular bad incident, where I threatened to have all the cars towed, the neighbors stopped telling their guests to park there. I also put up a gate, which kept them off of my property. You should have heard the whining from the neighbor about how there was no place for their guests to park now.
You need to get this reported, so you have a record of it. You should also talk with your neighbor, if you have a good relationship with them, and ask them to trespass him off their property.

Yes. Georgia clay is no joke but Dad says that manual labor helps keep him in top shape. When he goes to the doctor, his doctor says that he is in excellent health as a 71 year-old man.
Dad is more of the deadly silent type. He is definitely more logical. He allowed me to vent because he knew that I was tired of this guy coming into my zone.
Apply for a restraining order, that would make him stay at least 500 feet, or yards, from your property line. If you are good with your neighbor, ask if they want to participate in on the restraining order with you, to bar him, and any family or friends, from trespassing on their property too! He seems to believe he can trespass on your property, with no penalty, "because that's what he's always done! Tell your neighbor that any illegal activity he does on their property, i.e. growing pot, or making meth, would come back to them, as property owners, and if he gets hurt, while on their property, he can sue them for damages! They need to protect themselves, especially in the days we live in! If the neighbor fails to stop him from trespassing, and he makes any "improvements", he could eventually claim their property as their own! I highly suggest you find no trespassing signs that also include that trespassers will be prosecuted, to the fullest extent law allows. In Ohio, where I live, I believe you must include that warning on no trespassing signs, for them to be legit. Find out the trespass laws where you live. I would make sure you hide cameras, where he, and his criminal buddies, don't know where they are. They may decide to steal them, thinking the video is stored inside, and not in the cloud, where you can access any time! Even if they do know it, people do crazy things out of spite and when alcohol and drugs are mixed in (not saying he does either) ! I certainly wouldn't confront him, without carrying a concealed weapon, if that is legal in your state! Check his record, for any felony convictions, because felons are prohibited from having weapons, but they're the ones who don't care what the law says! If you don't have a conceal carry license, TAKE THE VLASS DOON, learn to carry safely, and don't be afraid to protect yourself and your property! It takes a while for law enforcement to respond to danger. We the People, need to learn to safely protect ourselves! DON'T EVER GO CONFRONT THAT MAN By YOURSELF, WITHOUT: 1, calling a friend to say what you're about to do, in case you go missing, 2 try to go live, as you confront him, so if he starts to get sketchy, you can tell him you are live on social media, and everyone can see what he's doing. 3, Always take someone with you, and try to either drive a 4-wheeler or car/truck, to get away quickly, if you sense danger. Park the vehicle in the direction you would want to flee, quickly. 4. get a conceal carry permit and always carry a weapon, but don't tell him or take it out, unless you mean to use it! 5. STAY CALM! Don't escalate by calling him names, etc. That will be looked down on, if you ever have to use it in court! I know how expensive it is to put up fences! My husband did it himself, and it still cost $$$, just for supplies!...and a ton of sweat equity! It's frustrating when a jerk comes by to intentionally try to mess it up!
I thank you so much for your advice. ❤️❤️❤️ I told Dad that we should obtain a restraining order but I think his concern is we did not win the property damage case. The guy in the video was served with a criminal trespassing notice by the sheriff but our property damage claim was denied due to insufficient evidence. Later, after the case was dismissed, the guy bragged in front of the camera about damaging the fence and him and his associates have continued to cross another man’s land to perform in front of our security camera. Ultimately, community leaders had to intercede on our behalf and there has now been some peace for a few weeks. But… We will pursue a restraining order if the stalking and harassment starts happening again.
FYI I live in GA. Kemp signed the bill a couple of years back that we no longer have to have a CC license. Tiffany can either conceal carry or open carry which I think she and her dad need to do.
If there's a specific color of paint, designated for no trespassing in your area, you might want to look into it. Signs can be pulled off but paint is harder to get rid of. Trees and fence posts can be marked this way to indicate no trespassing.
Georgia does not have a purple paint law in effect, which means property lines marked this way are not enforceable. I was told by the sheriff that I needed a fence, video evidence, and no trespassing signs every 100 feet. I added the fence, some cameras, and the signs but this still happened. Some people do not respect private property laws.

That guy is an unhinged instigator. They will try to instigate until you put them in their place and make them responsible for their own actions. Those types can’t hide in the light.
This is one of the most powerful comments that I have seen today. Thank you for writing this ❤️❤️❤️ I read it to Dad and he also feels the power behind these written words.
I'm so glad you caught that criminal act: an EMT In Uniform messing with your fence. Thank God you got on top of that situation. Those Japanese shrubs will be tall and cylindrical and will look stately at the entrance.
Thank you ❤️ We are still moving forward no matter what happens. ❤️ I love the look of the hollies too. We had to replace 2 of them a few days ago. We are hoping that the new ones will grow and look great in the area.
I think that the average person would have cursed him completely out but I did not use any “bad” words and still I am called “angry” or “aggressive” or “rude”. I think that some people are not accustomed to a woman speaking up for herself, her family, and her land. I had several people state that I should go bake some cookies or a cake for him and apologize to this guy for insulting his living conditions. I promptly delete those type of comments because: #1 this guy is a stranger and not my neighbor (he crosses another man’s land to reach my land) and this issue has been ongoing for several months. #2 People can live how they want but if their lifestyle is bringing down the value of neighboring properties and is an eyesore then one should clean up behind himself rather than messing up someone else’s property. #3 Misogyny even from other women is just gross and should not be tolerated.
Can i hire you guys to help me put in fencing😂 Someday we'll get ours up. Your videos really motivate me and got me doing some serious planning. Thank you! My husband and i moved from WI to MS a few years ago. We bought a house on a few acres in the middle of nowhere. Boy oh boy were our new neighbors mad😂They didn't take well to "Yankees" moving in. Lots of threats and stalking. We tried to reach out to our Sheriff and found out one of the neighbors works as his assistant. So i don't feel like we can trust them unfortunately. However, our Constable is awesome and gave us his personal cell number, just in case. We've never had to call him, but we're thankful he's there. Stay strong and keep up the great work!
Thank you for sharing your story. ❤️ It is good to know that other people can relate to our experience and what we are going through in a small town. We are glad to know that our videos provide inspiration. Please build that fence with your husband and tag us in the video and photos! ❤️ And you stay strong too. Enjoy your weekend. ❤️
I feel your frustration/pain. That Olde Saying- "Good fences make for good neighbors" matters, but we learned the hard way, Good 'Guardian Dogs' do an *OUTSTANDING JOB* of keeping trespassers off your property! ;-) P.S. Do yourselves a HUGE favor- Get a 'Trenching shovel' (Very narrow blade), and use IT to dig into the hard dirt, and THEN use the 'Fence Post Hole Tool' to retrieve the broken up earth and set aside. Post Hole diggers really aren't, and you'll wear yourselves (And the tool) out, trying to use it as a shovel. :-D
I have cameras that record any activity in the front or the back yard. I don’t have your issues but I live by myself and want more security. All of the recordings are saved to the cloud, so even if they take the camera it is saved. I would suggest getting something like that. I pay very little monthly for the cloud. Something like $5 or maybe $6. Stay safe!
You are an amazing young woman of quality. It speaks volumes of your character and values that you thank God for your father. It’s clear that he did a great job of raising you. I hope you don’t have continued problems with the neighbors neighbor. Unfortunately you probably will. Many people these days have no respect for other peoples property rights. They had no proper raising obviously.
Unfortunately, Dad and I had been working hard on the farm and did not properly prepare for the property damage case against him. The case was dismissed by the judge due to insufficient evidence and his counter suit was also dismissed. After the court ruling, him and his associates continued to cross another man’s land to reach my land up until a few weeks ago when I had video evidence of him confessing to the incident in front of the camera and openly bragging about it. I sent copies of the latest videos to many local community leaders.
Get the neighbor whose land is Crossing to get to yours to testify against him too and press trespassing charges when you have him on camera on your property and then when you call the police file a restraining order then take him to court and get a lawyer to f****** help you
Watching y’all makes me cry. I started a similar journey with my dad, but unfortunately he passed away shortly after so now I’m all alone and on my own. Plz just love on your family for me and stay safe.
I am so sick and tired of people acting the fool and trying to turn the blame on people they are hurting the gall and just plain entitlement! Don’t let up on their entitled and disrespectful behavior!! I’m enjoying your journey and thankful for you sharing!!❤️ Can’t wait to witness all the wonderful things you will accomplish!!❤️
Dad is definitely a man of action ❤️ I love his calm demeanor. We are both still working hard to develop the farm. We are not going to allow anyone to interfere with our right to live peacefully on our land.
@@TiffanysfarmAmen Amen! Thanks for sharing experience. I’m preparing to purchase some land for retirement and this is one of the concerns that my wife and I have been talking about. Praying that God forms and keeps a hedge of protection around your property and your family.💪🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I love the love and respect you two show for each other. Unfortunately, one or some of your neighbors do not understand or refuse to show respect. Yes, out of jealousy and insecurity. May God continue to bless you and your dad.
Thank you for your kind and supportive words. ❤️ It is unfortunate when others do not show the same respect, but we deeply appreciate your blessings and good wishes. Dad and I will stay hopeful and are thankful for the positive impact we can make in the lives of others.
In alot of states you have specific standards to spacing of no trespass signs, to be considered legal and binding. Always check with your state on what they are.
I love that you were respectful, but authoritative! Super loved it when you told him that your dad‘s name was none of his business because you were the property owner. What a strong character your dad has for keeping quiet and letting you handle your business, knowing he was standing there and could interject at anytime. What a good dad, you have! And I’m super proud of you, that you didn’t pull the race card. Instead, you chose to take the position that this man had nothing of value and was jealous, and was tearing down someone else’s property that was worked really hard for! May God be with you and your family and protect you always 🙏🏻 ❤ 🙏🏻 Additionally, praying the rest of your neighbors are good Christian people, and treat you with dignity and respect you deserve! 😊
Your comment is one of the best comments that I have read on this video. I just read it to Dad and he agrees that your comment pretty much summarizes everything that has occurred. Thank you for your understanding and prayers. ❤️❤️❤️
You see, one of the reasons why these people are doing what they’re doing, I believe, is because they see that you’re a ‘single woman’. Your father being there is good, but he can’t be there all the time with you. If you had a man who ‘doesn’t take any bull at all’, and is a ‘fierce’ personality type, those fools wouldn’t come within 100yards of your property. My neighbors are all white, and they know to respect my boundaries. 👍
Much respect for you on this. I know what you are dealing with. I once had a new 5 strand barbed wire fence cut twice by a deer hunter. First time I hunted cows for a week before finding them all. Second time I was in a tree stand hunting when he rode up on his Honda 4 wheeler and cut my fence again( right next to a no trespassing sign) and rode onto my property. I fired a shot in the air and he ran off. I then put 5 shots into his 4 wheelers engine block. It has been 10 years since this happened and the 4 wheeler is still there and the fence hasn't been touched again. By the way, his very expensive rifle he left behind is in my gun safe!! He is welcome to come ask for back. Don't back down and protect your property to the fullest extent of the law.
You had a really intense experience. I admire how you stood your ground and took action to protect your property. It is frustrating to deal with people who do not respect boundaries. Thank you for sharing your story. It is a reminder of the importance of standing firm.
