नमस्कार मित्रांनो मी माझी कार निसान मॅग्नेट तुर्भे येथील इटको ‪@Nissan‬ सर्विस सेंटर या ठिकाणी 25 ऑगस्ट ला सर्विस साठी दिले होते आणि एक माझा ड्राइवर साईडचा डोअर डॅमेज झालेला व त्याचे मी क्लेम पण केलेलं इन्शुरन्स कंपनीला आणि मला ते इन्शुरन्स बंद क्लेम पास झाला आणि मला नवीन डोअर रिप्लेस करून मिळेल असं कळवण्यात आलेला आहे पण जेव्हा मी गाडी डिलिव्हरी घ्यायला गेलो त्यावेळेस मला असं आढळून आलं की त्या गाडीचा डोर नवीन वाटत नव्हता कारण ज्या ठिकाणी आधी डैमेज झाला होता बरोबर त्याच ठिकाणी डेंटिंग आणि पेंटिंग केलेला आढळून आला. तसेच पेंटिंग चे कामही इतक्या निकृष्ठ दर्जाचे आहे की खालच्या बाजूला पूर्ण रंग पसरला आहे आणि पेंटिंग नंतर नीट सुकवला ही नाही त्यामुळे त्यावर पूर्ण धूळ चिटकली आहे. त्यानंतर मी त्यांच्या सर्विस ॲडव्हायझर निलेश पवार यांना कॉल केला आणि विचारणा केली तर ते मला बोलले की मी बॉडी शॉप चे ॲडव्हायझर अतुल बांदल तुम्हाला कॉन्टॅक्ट करतील आणि त्याच्यानंतर मी सात ते आठ वेळा निलेश पवार यांना कॉल केला पण त्यांनी एकदाही कॉल रिसिव्ह केला नाही आणि मी जेव्हा सर्विस सेंटरला गेल्यानंतर असं दुसरे अडवायझर सिद्धेश साळुंखे ह्यानी सांगितले की ते गावाला गेलेले आहेत आणि मला फक्त तुमची गाडी द्यायचे आणि बिल पेमेंट घ्यायचे काम आहे बाकी मला काही माहिती नाही. तसेच Go digit insuranace company चे Surveyor’s तानाजी पाटील ह्याना contact केला असता त्यांचे असे म्हणणे आहे नवीन डोर लावला की नाही हे चेक करणे ​‪@DigitInsurance‬ कंपनी चे काम नाही, ते ग्राहकांचे काम आहे.
आणि मी सर्विस सेंटरच्या ॲडव्हायझरला सांगितलेलं होतं की जो डोअर तुम्ही चेंज करणार आहात तो आम्हाला दाखवण्यासाठी ठेवा जेव्हा आम्ही गेलो होतो त्यांचा असं म्हणणे की आम्ही येतो डोअर स्क्रॅपमध्ये दिला कारण की आमचं सर्विस सेंटर शिफ्ट झालेला आहे
Hello friends I given my car Nissan Magnet for service on 25th August at ETCO ​⁠‪@NissanIndia‬ Service Center in Turbhe and my Driver side doors was damaged and I made a claim on the insurance company That is Go, the claim was passed by the insurance and I will get a new door replaced. It has been reported but when I went to take delivery of the car, I found that the door of the car did not look new as it was dented and painted in the same place where it was damaged earlier. Also the painting work is so poor quality that the bottom part is completely covered with paint and it is not dried properly after painting so it is completely covered with dust.
And I strictly told to the service center advisor to keep the old damaged door which you are going to change to show us, when we went they said that we come to scrap the door because our service center has shifted.
After that I called their service advisor Nilesh Pawar and asked, he told me that I am body shop advisor Atul Bandal will contact you and after that I called Nilesh Pawar seven to eight times but he never received the call and when I After going to the service center another such advisor Siddhesh Salunkhe said that he has gone to the village and I have only to give your car and take bill payment I don't know anything else. Also, when contacted Surveyor's Tanaji Patil of Go digit insurance company, he says that checking whether new door is installed or not is not the ‪@DigitInsurance‬ company's job, it is the customer's job.
