BAGofTALENT Keith is right. In most cases and jurisdictions there is a time where visual evidence such as this "expires" in a sense of it cannot be used. There's ways to still use it but it would cost too much time and money for the law enforcement so they usually don't follow through with the charges
Its actually the same thing with graffiti and stuff here. People film it all the time. A video is more or less hearsay evidence. Which never holds up in court. You actually have to get caught doing it to get in trouble. Its a grey area.
To hopefully help y’all, the guy walked up and said that he didn’t have permission to make shine there. Only to hunt. So he asked him how much to rent the cabin and the man said 10,000 and they had a week to pay it or leave.
i stayed next to this guy in North Carolina. This is done in his driveway and there was a deputy watching. someone even saw him eating lunch with a deputy
That's all that's in the mountains anymore. Pot and meth. Noone makes 'shine' cuz theres no money in it. You take your SS or disability check and go buy your bud light at the liquor store.
there not making any they are just running water you can see her holding the hydrometer down with her finger to make it read 160 tim dose the same in series 1 and trust me 160 prof don't go down that easily
He ran outside the door , I I herd were keys jiggling, the manager come running in there, sir r u ok 👌, I was like depending on who u ask I’m having a great day.
I’d sell his boots there under the stall when I open the door in a panic u know I turned around and pulled dowomy britches, he’d started screaming in 3 languages
Corn is the flavoring. Without the enzymes from some kind of malted grain (barley or corn) the starches in any grains added to the mash (usually corn and or rye) are not available for alcohol conversion. It's more difficult and time consuming to mess with malting grains and more expensive to buy malted brewer's barley than to just use sugar and add cornmeal to the mash for an authentic flavor.
*_They make the show sinister but it's 1000% legal to make alcohol it's only illegal if you sale it and note you never see money exchange hands because the show producers would be in jail..._*
No lie i meet these cool guys in real life they drive a truck and came to my dads shop in sc the chop shop from richard wrights if u ask them if i meet them my name is dominick my brother is dalton and hunter my dad is wayne sexton these guys gave me a autograph
I can’t watch fake stuff that’s supposed to be real.. I can’t believe people think this is real.. cmon now folks. I don’t know how anyone could get into this.. to each his own tho I guess
Even if this is totally staged (and it probably is) I think it's good clean fun - and I learn something every episode I watch. The theme to me is DIY and these guys are geniuses at this. That's just no in dispute. And I have endless admiration for that enterprising spirit. 'Go Moonshiners!'
They do have some fairly ingenious ways, but it’s extremely inefficient as opposed to other DIY ways, they’re losing a ton of efficiency in the electricity set up, as well as the yield of ethanol is generally going to be 10% less because of the loss from dilute gasses
I’m not shaming nor patronizing, I’m just giving another perspective on what they’re doing, of course there is a million and one nuances you can add to distilling, but there are a few key nuances that they might have overlooked or not known about, so I wanted to add to the notion that there can be a lot learned from this Even chemistry, electrodynamics and thermodynamics is subtly taught in these episodes which I think especially in this entertainment format is really good. I’m personally not a huge fan of how our education system is orchestrated
Even a dumb ol' hillbilly ain't letting some camera men follow them around to their stills. This is 100% written and staged, but it's definitely well written.
@@t3hPoundcake Yea its staged but all these guys definitely started in the woods as outlaws. Earned enough and saw the opportunity to go legal and make more money on top of less risk. But for the show along with writers they go back to their routes for small batches to show how they do it the old fashion way.
Where i am from, making home made liquer is a thing of national pride. If they said we couldnt make our slivovica or rakija there would be war. They are not that stupid to do that anyway.
lol dudes dropping his liquor off by boat in carters lake area xD I know that boat dock and truck owner. ain't fooling nobody. lol they ran through Ellijay once already.
ErkkiPlays you don't use propane burners or light fire in your house do you? Also it takes a shit ton of water and the stills are pretty big so overall terrible idea.
If it's In your property regardless if you're there or not you're done. If your still is found in the woods and dismantled while you're not there atleast you ain't going prison
if there scripted then they sure went outta there way to make it look real like hiring ppl that have records and felony convictions to be the moonshiners
Those are fermenters, they go in composed of water and sugar and finish off with about 20% ABV in water. You clearly lack simple knowledge on this, “Genius”. Not even close to pure alcohol.
Josh cannot get thru one Season without a Huge Disaster.. I mean, driving down the interstate and your trailer is on fire 🔥 and he didn’t even notice it.. WTF.. I think they lie about how much money they take in each season, just look at all the expensive toys Disaster Josh has.. where was Cutie Pie in that episode?
@@proudamericanson9451 you damn right they lie.ain't nobody in their right mind ,paying the prices they speak of.$100 gallon or $200 gallon.the boys are full of shit .just making t.v. here. That's all it is.hell I get moonshine give to often.i want drink it.and can't give the shit away.
