Hard to imagine why anyone would or could give a thumbs down to this gracious video-I’m supposed to be heading to work and yet I can’t stop watching, she makes cooking feel so sacred, ancient, meditative and a real pleasure! She real shows that you don’t need any fancy kitchen or special gadgets to make the most delicious, nutritious of foods, on so many levels... Um dos Melhores vídeo da da culinaria que já vi, devido a humilde realidade que a ocasião oferece esta humilde senhora fez tudo dentro do padrão de higiene existente no local e não mediu esforços usando esta lâmina que no meu ver é uma foice, para oferecer este banquete para as crianças que deve ser suas netas e com tudo isto nós aprendemos a fazer um prato com a tão saborosa couve flor.
Beautiful to be and cook outside, using big cauldrons to share, no waste of water to wash utensils, bare feet to get healing energy from the earth..the kids are excited and appreciate the meal, and with each other and have the love of grandmother...awesome.

Blessings upon grandmas everywhere!..Your grandma makes my heart 💓 smile. Your grandma's love is shown passing down lifelong skills through generations of her family. My granny did the same for me on a small farm in New Mexico. Love of family is shown by both Grandmas' in that the children are fed first. My Granny has been gone for many years, yet I still miss her deeply. Her gifts of love lessons are still with me. As a Grammy myself, I try to carry-on with her gifts to my own grandchildren. Thank you, and blessings to you for sharing your grandma and your village. It gives my heart 💓 peace to think of strong, sustaining matriarchal love of our families are shared throughout the world.
The flavor palette is so good. Cardamom, cinnamon, cloves gives spicy vibes. Coconut milk + sugar + tomatoes add tangy sweetness. Red chili powder adds heat. The woodfire adds burnt barbeque flavor too. I'm going to cook this today.

What does the head wiggle mean? And it's similar to Latin cuisine since a lot of the spices the Spanish brought to the New World came from Asia and the Middle East
I think the head tilt is a gesture, doesn't mean anything specifically. I don't believe Indian food is similar to latin food, they taste very different too me.
I would be scared to death to use that machete or whatever that thing is she is slicing the vegetables with. What a time consuming dish. Kudos to your Grandma. The dish looks delicious!
