Cauliflower - 1 cup
Cumin - 1 tsp
Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Salt
Oil - 3 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup
Rice Cooked - 1 1/2 cups
Heat a pan with 3 tbsp oil add cumin seeds add cauliflower , turmeric powder , chili powder salt .Cover and cook till cauliflower is soft .Add Coriander leaves, mix it with rice. Serve with any side dish.
