Hey everyone, I have been obsessed with making different soups lately with the weather being so cold and chilly in Sydney. Today I am sharing my Creamy Cauliflower Soup which is so easy to make with only 5 main ingredients!
Give it a try, you wont believe there is no cream added as its soo deliciously creamy!
INGREDIENTS
1 medium cauliflower
1 large leek
3 garlic cloves
2 medium white potatoes
1L vegetable stock
Season with:
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tsp cumin
Thyme
Salt+Pepper
