Caulking a Building in Dallas/Fort Worth 

This was a small phase of a building restoration that we performed in the Dallas, Texas metro area. On this particular phase, we are removing the old caulk around the cast stone cornice and replaced it with new NP1 caulk. This keeps water from getting in behind the stone and breaking it apart during freezes.
This building had failing cast stone on virtually every wall. The building owner did not have the budget to remove the stone and install new so we patched the cast stone that was chipping, removed the stone that was failing and replaced it with a plaster look-alike, we then replaced all the caulk joints around the building with NP1 caulk and painted the stone so it was uniform in color.
