I do understand what you are saying about the thoughts I'm working on my thoughts and it takes a lot of work only you well understand I can go to a counselor or a priest but its me,.. and my thoughts alone to know only were I'm going to Getting help from people only slowed me down or didn't want to help and it was only my thoughts I wanted to understand so I can break old thoughts from me and add new thoughts Like a kid once your understanding and finding the right people to get you their I don't need them again and I move on to my next move with my thoughts, I use my knowledge and wisdom and the skills I learned along the way in my life and exercise It takes work alright commitment and persevere is my goal and really I'm having fun learning more now because I have or still learning how to change my thoughts a lot of challenge comes my way but so is not so bad now.. Thank you so much for your wisdom and patience helping us to learn and be more free from our thoughts and let it all go In still working on it for sure 👍

Cause and effect are in the ambit of time.All attachment and identification with any product of cause and effect is bound to result in sorrow,because the effect ceases once cause ceases.The most basic example of this is our identification with gross body.Body being a product of cause and effect will be claimed by death.This is a dead certainty.Yet,we foolishly base all our hopes,dreams and ambitions on this apparatus,and grieve when the apparatus dies,and we are left with unfulfilled hopes and desires !!!!.If we extend this,every "observed " which we chase so eagerly,is bound by time,hence has a shelf life.Once this percolates as understanding,maybe focus will shift to some other factor which is completely out of the ambit of time,hence is a causeless effect.

Suffering has its root in fear. Fear is the movement of thought. Thought presupposes a thinker. The thinker is a being in temporality. Hence, time itself is fear, which is merely a motion of thought. Cessation of thought is the cessation of fear. Actualization has no scope for the intervention of thought. Because realisation is no figment of imagination.

@8:10 Me is put together by X. Great!! So before the me was put together there was an empty mechanism. And it was functioning appropriately without confusion. Of course, thought and memory were operating and the child was gaining knowledge and experience to become self dependent by creating “me center” over time. Then started all the problems. But even now the mechanism can operate without X using memory, knowledge and thought to drive a car and to know map etc. when needed. X is made up thing by thought, time, memory, experiences whatever. Or X is what we confusedly call me or I. So X is not real not something solid. The mechanism is solid and can function without X.

I wish many of JK's followers who call him a free thinker see this video. "free thinker" is an oxymoron. He has said it - "there are no free thoughts".
