I know this is an old video. I love it. One random fact about me: When I was 12 years old I was unattractive, overweight and felt simply sad. I knew I had the power, even at 12, to change myself. I bought a book through my sixth grade class from Scholastic Books called "Secrets of Loveliness" by Kay Thomas (pub. 1964). Then I rang the doorbell of the most beautiful woman in my neighborhood. I asked her to help me!!! I spent the summer (her daughters were touring Europe) watching her apply makeup, clothing, accessories and hearing stories about her incredible life. Yes it's true. I went to her funeral one year ago. She was as beautiful at the end of her life, and she made such a difference in mine. Now I look to CMT!!!!

I must say I adore your random accents and your wonderful sense of humor. Random facts about me. 1) I hate when the person standing in line behind me is right up on my back and is practically breathing down my neck. It takes everything within me not to turn around and tell them to get out of my personal space. 2) I do not like it when people drop by my home unannounced - even when it's family. It drives me crazy. 3) I do not like reading something written with poor grammar, punctuation and spelling. 4) Lastly, I adore chocolate. It soothes my soul.

This will sound completely corny, but there isn't one darn thing I don 't love about you, CMT. I found you about a year ago during a critical health issue. I have little hope of longevity and as a result I sunk into depression. You've unknowingly helped me crawl out of this. You're sense of humor and skin tutorials are nothing short of professional advice that we would have to shell out big bucks. Pretty much every random facts of yours could have been written by me. I'm 61 y.o. ,a registered nurse and it totally sucks that I'm sick because my pre sick world allowed me to travel around our beautiful country and teach nurses to be better skilled. Can ' teach them to care, that is God given, but I feel pretty successful in skill development. This is wayyy too long, but wanted you to know how much you've enhanced my life and helped drag me out of a deep, dark place. For that, thank you isn' enough, but it's all I've got. If someone sneezes or coughs close by, I hold my breath & don't breathe, because as a nurse I know bacteria can travel 12-15 feet or more. Weird, right, but that is just me.LOL !!!! Loved your video-such an original idea!!

Hi Tammy, Sooooo many of the things you dislike I hate too; but my worst pet hate is people who drive in the overtaking lane at a slow speed - it makes me so cross! I do however love crawling into bed after a long night shift when it's raining and listening to the sound of the rain on the window - so soothing. Be safe xx
Random thoughts about me: in learning about you, I find we have a lot in common. I am an old fashion gal, I love to cook and bake. I learned that from my mom and my grandmother. Family is most important to me. We will be having our 88th "consecutive" family reunion in July and still have a large attendance. I am a determined woman, strong in my faith and don't tell me I can't do something - because where there is a will there is a way. I try to take care of myself but don't have a lot of time to do that because I am the sole caregiver for my 91 year old dad who lives with me. He has kidney disease and had his leg removed in '09 so he is in a wheelchair. While it can be very stressful, I truly feel so blessed to still have him with me and consider it a privilege to take care of him. I myself am disabled with Parkinson's but I will not allow that to stand in my way. I just have to gage myself. It takes me all week to clean our apartment - LOL. That's okay, too. I am 65.
I just saw this post and absolutely loved it ! I am a new subscriber in 2017. We are a lot alike , I agreed with everything you said except for the buying of the clothes. I am a shoe junkie and have probably 200 pairs so far but am very lucky that my husband loves to see me wear fabulous shoes. my husband always asks me if the shoes are comfortable and my answer is always NO NOT EVER for high heels. I just think they are only made for beauty not comfort but I will suffer in them for a while and change into a flat pair when i am desperate so i always bring backup shoes when I wear high heels. you really help me through the day....bringing me joy and laughter, so thank you for what you are doing. Also, wanted to tell you that in one of your videos you mentioned you were low in vitamin D. The 50,000 IU prescription you take is doing you a disservice. Check out the Vitamin D Council website. You need to take D3. I take about 20,000 IU per day. My level was at 7, and after three months of supplements, it is now at 70. The changes to my skin have been amazing. I suffered terribly from psoriasis and eczema. I should mention that I also eliminated dairy, gluten and soy.
Wow... you've just described me, except for the coffee and salt!.....hahahaha... I hate when the whole family decides to take a field trip to the supermarket as well....mom is on the phone, children running everywhere or having a tantrum. When my children were young I waited for my husband to come home from work so I could go shopping alone. Now I usually shop on Sunday mornings while everybody is in church. BTW I lived in Naples for 2 years. Keep up the good work!
I enjoy people watching. I am a good listener but tune off when people ramble. Kids make me laugh (we should be more like them). I always try to say some nice about someone and notice a certain positive thing about them to compliment them. This was great hearing about some of your little quirks. So many of them are the same for me. The car parking thing really gets my goat. I cannot bear eating whilst someone is stood at the table. Why is it that every time your food arrives in a restaurant the manager or server wanders over to ask you how it is and then start chatting. My husband always wants to chat with them. He can easily chat and eat at the same time. Meanwhile my food is getting cold, and that's another one of my bug bears, especially if it's food that 'should' be hot. I love that you are a "real" person. Keep up the good work. By the way, I hate cleaning so I am going to see if spa music will help. :-)

I too have a pet peeve when ppl park asinine; I will purposely pull in next to them just for the laughs. I too hate telemarketers; I'll tell them hold please, and put the phone in a drawer and close it. I hate when ppl think they have to stand in my space to talk to me, back it up dude! Just came across this video. I was intrigued when you spoke about your worse driving condition - raining, wet roads, dark, the lights, the glare. I have never called it night blindness but I too have a high degree of astigmatism and now in my sixties, I just don't drive at night. I tell my friends I'm la modern day Cinderella.....got to be home before dark if I'm the driver.

Great random facts, CMT! Here are a few of mine. I am nearly 6' tall. I'm the blonde/blue-eyed one in a family of dark brown hair/brown-eyed peeps. My pet peeve is random noise (clicking a pen, drumming your nails, etc.). My biggest gripe at husband - he plays the TV too loud. Every day I say "the neighbor called; he can't hear his TV over yours, so turn it down....". Oh, I hate when people drive/cruise in the left land instead of passing and returning to the right lane. lol I love all your information. especially the food thing! I do not share! I don't like people sticking their fork in my plate, tasting someones drink and especially drinking from their straw or mine. It will never happen. The first time I saw my daughter take a bite out of her friends sandwich, I screamed my lungs out and scared the both of them!!!! We have that very much in common girl!
I have almost all the same things in my life that bug me like you have. But something that really I do not like is people talking while I am trying to watch and listen to a movie or tv show. This drives me crazy. I also load my dishwasher a certain way and can not stand for my husband of 42 years or anyone for that matter to load it wrong in my eyes. I am a perfectionist so yes it is hard for most people to please me in almost everything but especially doing laundry. I know that may sound crazy but clothing and other items that are laundered I must fold them my way. This also can drive my family crazy. I think almost all people have a lot that probably drives them crazy. We are just human. I truly enjoy watching you keep up the great work. God Bless.

It's amazing to me that growing up with siblings in the same house with the same values given to all of us. That many don't come out with the same views. Very loyal here as well. I happened upon your essential oils for anti-aging videos two days ago, and I was immediately hooked! After watching about 15 more videos, I just found this one this morning, and it almost felt like someone was describing me! Night-blindness, sharing of cups and utensils (yuck!), public pools and hot tubs (not gonna do it!), live in my jeans, too, no shorts…below the knee capris only (although for me it’s because of annoying spider veins!), don’t ever answer the door to strangers when home alone (I’ll slink around to peek out, too!), chocoholic (will gorge myself on it if it’s in the house, so I just quit buying it!), saltoholic (I SO feel for you having to eliminate it…I have to somewhat limit it due to swelling), old-fashioned values, total worrier (thanks Grandma and Mother!), not nice to persistent telemarketers, not envious, don’t mind doing things alone. A few random facts (or probably more aptly, ‘quirks’!) about me: I’m a perfectionist…and a procrastinator. (I finally figured out the main reason I procrastinate is because I try to do everything to perfection, so what might not be a big deal for most people seems like a monumental task to me…Ugghhh!). I sort my grocery bags…torn ones go back for recycle, nice ones get folded and put away (crazy, I know…I’m working on that one!). I love animals, but I refuse to let dogs lick me in the mouth! I won’t put the clean clothes from the dryer into the same basket that the dirty ones were in...and I don’t like anyone else cleaning my house! You have a new fan and subscriber here, CMT! (Also liked you on FB and followed you on Pinterest…next stop: the blog!) You certainly have a gift…and beauty inside and out! I loved your facts! I feel the same way about shopping or eating alone. Every once in a while you need to do things on your time and enjoy the company of yourself! My random fact is that I cannot stand a dirty carpet or floor. There are days when I'm a little messy and things may be scattered on the carpet but that carpet will be clean! I also cannot cook in a messy kitchen. Even if it is not my mess I will clean the kitchen for a half an hour in order to make something that takes 5 minutes!
Agree with many of your traits...parking, public pools, food spitting. And, will have to work on supermarket manners. We split up to buy, so that helps, but I will be more aware. Omg.....the buying and returning everything you buy is SO ME and the shorts hatred also! Hahaha.....so funny. My husband never buys me any clothing! I never open the door either!
Tammy we share a few things.... I never eat or drink from anyone else's cup, plate, or utensil. Not even my own sons. I don't let anyone touch my food, cup, plate, etc...Can't stand the thought of it. I don't like when people talk over my food either. Blowing out candles on a cake kinda grosses me out. Especially if it's a child's cake. Ugh! I too ALWAYS look to see who's at the door before I open it. That goes back to when I was a kid. I was home by myself and I answered the door. It was a scruffy looking guy selling tile floor cleaner. He had one dirty bottle and and a blue rag hanging off his back pocket. Its amazing how much our eyes take in in only seconds. When I opened the door he immediately tried to walk in. I told him to hold on a minute that I was on the phone. He stepped back and I closed and locked the door. I ran and let my two big dogs in the house and grabbed the phone. He rang the door bell a few more times then took off. I was about 11 years old. Why was he trying to sell a child something? I truly believe he was up to no good. If I didn't say I was on the phone and would be right back.... God only knows what would have happened. I called a few of my friends that lived in our court. He did not go to any of their doors. It was summertime I think he knew kids would be home alone while our parents worked. Anyways, I trust NO ONE! I'm always aware of my surrounding. I'm a shadow watcher too. You may not hear someone sneaking up on you but you can see their shadow. Another fact.... I am very courteous. I can't stand when people are not. I understand everyone's in a hurry nowadays, but help others when you can. You never know just how much that could make someone's day. I also do not appreciate when people park crooked and will happily eat out alone. I also live in jeans, usually with a button down shirt, suit jacket and scarf, vest or suspenders. I love shorts and tank tops. I care deeply about the environment, people, animals and just about everything. I love to know everything I can about as much as possible. I've been from vegan to pescetarian, keep a clean diet, except for wine and coffee. I try my best to always be kind and give people the benefit of the doubt.

I really enjoyed this tag video and the way you turned it over to us to respond. Great idea! I feel the same way as many of the things you talked about. One thing I hate, hate, hate is when people don't put their shopping carts in the cart return. I see them shoved up on curbs, left in parking spots, in between cars and the one that bugs me the most is when a cart is parked right to the outside of the return. Really? Dents and scratches on my car caused by lazy people drive me insane!

OMG Tammy You just blew me away. I've often said so much of the same things I MEAN REALLY AMAZING ITS SCARY!!! I also have had the vertigo experience which is horrible. I was told that if I feel that dizziness again to take a antihistamine so I did try it once believe it worked. But again I;m very glad you mentioned your way of being. Your not alone in your thinking..Thanks again....

TOTALLY agree: people parking wonky, *no shorts*, do not come near my food or drink or talk over it (nevermind you just want a taste! Ick!), no public pools, chocoholic, worrier, loyal to a fault. Hi Tammy, I'm just scrolling thru, saw this and watched. I kid you not, you and I are so much alike it's unreal! I mean from the chocolate to the salt, being old fashioned, grocery shopping with my husband, drinking after people to being a worry wart. It is what it is..lol I do though wear shorts though I use to not...I use to be so covered up with clothes at one time, you could barely tell if I were man or woman. This did pass though. I was brutally attacked by a stranger and was left for dead. But I survived!! Anyway, my scar's were so bad I didn't want to be seen. Today though, I'm proud, happy and love who i am and by the grace of God, I am alive. Anyway, I can't live without my hippie skirts, shorts etc. Ya, this is one of our differences on being old-fashioned...I do have my must haves..lol Ok, a few facts about Mary... I'm OCD, a perfectionist for sure. I can not leave the house unless everything is in its place, beds made, dishes washed and house set for the day. I will stop and talk to anyone..ANYONE! I love people. Im the kind of person that want to save the world..I will give my last buck to someone who needs it..This is probably why I don't have much for myself..lol Favorite colors are yellow, brown, black and white. My favorite smell is fresh country air. and of course, Coco or this wonderful perfume with ginger and something else in it but can't remember the name. :( I love time alone to think, time to ponder my great memories and I always take 2 or 3 times out of my day to thank God, pray about something or whatever. Life is good Tammy..I love my animal's too. Well, again, this was an old post...you may not even see this but it's ok. I'm actually taking a walk right now and only the birds i hear. Lol. I love your RU-vid's. I came across this older video. Wow I thought I was watching myself. We are a lot alike. The only thing is I love shopping with my hubby. We have a lot of fun together, when we shop. I don't do pools, hot tubes, no one is allowed to drink out of my cup, or eat off my plate or use my silverware. I also deal with vertigo, I can't drive at night. You are so beautiful and funny. I also do not wear shorts, Capri's. I'm short 5'3 . 😏
Tammy, you are my twin. Most of your random facts are mine as well. My husband agrees. Salt is not one of my problems. I get accused of not adding enough. But, I can’t drive at night due to night blindness, I am fiercely loyal to family and friends, I am black and white much to the annoyance of my friends, I hold dear the old fashion ideas of marriage. My husband does the shopping and I cook. I prefer shopping alone but enjoy hanging with my girlfriends. Getting old sucks and I am fighting back. Heading to Ulta today. Love your recommendations.
Stalkers are not of a sound mind...it has nothing to do with you or how nice you are to them...an obsessed mind...is unstable....Mine spotted me in a little store I would stop at every morning to get a diet coke ( when I drank it)...he saw me once..that was it...He was obsessed...I was his target until the police caught him... I am always safe and smart now...I never just travel the streets without noticing my surroundings...I hope you never experience this again!
Also definately agree on the eating alone, going to a movie alone. I believe that can do this are people who depend on others to do what they want to do. Actually most times I prefer to go to a movie, shop, get lunch alone... I don't have to wait on anyone, make sure they are ok, I just need to focus on myself, when I want to do something, how I want to do something. :)lol dang you got me on a rold with sharing random facts... love yah!

So random fact about me is that I really look forward to date night on a Saturday. I love to take a hot bath mask my hair mask my face take my time to do my make up and pick out when I’m going to wear. I don’t know anybody else like me about that but I recently saw a video that you do that for date night and I was just giggling to myself that we have that in common. I think you’re wonderful!
Oh Tammy this was great! My older sister has to touch and taste everything I'm eating or drinking which drives me insane, I can't handle that either! Another thing that drives me nutty is the "pop in", my family likes to just show up whenever without calling! Also, I too had a couple bad bouts of vertigo, one that lasted 18 months. I'm happy to say it's gone and hasn't come back. Love your channel and because I am new, I'm catching up and enjoying it very much! Thank you so much!
