Many will tell you about this cave at the foot of Mt Hermon in Caesarea Philippi It was believed to be ground zero of Genesis 6 event when the Watchers came to earth.
Sacrifices were thrown into the mouth of this cave. If the nearby stream turned red, it was thought that the sacrifice was accepted.
I can tell you that when we were there it was an eerie place. Fig trees bore fruit but it was rotten fruit. My sister thought she heard children playing in the stream nearby, when she went closer there was noone but an empty stream.

However this is also the place where Simon Peter declared that Yeshua was the Messiah the Son of the living God! Matthew 16:16.
Yeshua was declaring His sovereignty to those chained beneath this cave.
