Good luck and get well soon Jamie! you should have patience in the future and being strong after such a big surgery. Here in germany are some specialists for this illness. I live in Germany and my treatment began in Essen, there is a specialist for cavernomas too. I have become diagnosed with 6 cavernomas all over my brain in April, one had bleed. It is all new for me but I look forward. Very cool video of your journey and thoughts about it,it helps others with this problem and give hope!
Hello Jamie, my name is Ayushi. I've seen your Cavernoma Chronicles videos and its so inspiring. I'm having the exact problem and my demon raspberry is placed in the brain stem just like yours. Your videos are like a boon for me because now I know where I can go to get it fixed. I'm really nervous about it and it would be of great help if you could talk to me and tell me all about how get appointment with Dr. Helmut and an overview of the procedures. You can save my life. Sorry I'm posting this comment on all of your videos. I just wanted to make sure that you see this comment and reply me.
Hi Jamie, just wanted to say thank you so much for all your videos, they've really given me a lot of info and made me feel better! I recently got diagnosed after having a bleed and waiting to see the neurosurgeon, though I've been told they won't operate on mine (unless its a last resort) and It would leave me 'worse off' since its in pretty deep, but I'm trying to find someone who might be able to. How did you find Dr Helmut Bertalanffy? What made you seek surgery straight away? I know I'm going to have to go through the wait and see approach but not sure mentally, if I can! Thanks so much, Alicia
HI Jamie, Thankyou for sharing your story. I am in New Zealand and diagnosed with brainstem cavernoma in march 2018, they have told me they cannot operate. Just out of curiosity, how much did it cost to have Helmet do your surgery? I really want this raspberry evicted from my head. Thanks
