I like that there are actually players in this other world rather than the MC being all alone and OP trying to conquer or save the world (depending on what anime)

@@stranger342 I agree but imagine if this was real. I feel like that world would be in chaos from all the OP players. The amount of PKer's would be insane. Just like in Overlord with the 8 Greed Kings, I can only see many players doing harm to others and the world. There will be many decent players for sure, but equal amounts of edgelords lol

She was hospitalized on life support, so she spent most of her time in virtual reality. She was also very brutal and efficient in game. Since it's now real she isn't as brutal.

Good news. As usual, the anime is based off the light novel, not the manga. It has 8 volumes, and the anime covered the first 3, maybe part of the 4th.

@@Ryvaken depends on what kind of mmorpg you are into, the anime tend to depict them as an ultra in depth sandbox which is something I would love to play. If you are a enthusiast of traditional theme park mmos that are just loot progression on rails then yeah it probably wouldn't be that fun.

@@alexcrossx Imo Everquest was the golden age, WoW was good in its own right but mostly because Warcraft was pretty popular at the time and it streamlined the gameplay loop from Everquest into a more comfortable experience.

Id love to have more of this anime but saddly thats somewhat imposible since well did have a pretty good ending even though only about 5 towers were found i think idk forgot but id love to see the new family member grow up see where they decide to go in life

It was written in 2010 and finished 2 years later. There's enough material for a second season, but not likely a third.
