one of the best camera angles - standard view with external microphone...this is the best for what you /we do. excellent. I have a cb1100f , if we had those 1300 in the states i would've painted one like mine. thanks and Godspeed.
As an owner of an 07 model, with an IXIL COV exhaust, this is EXACTLY what it is like to ride one ! I shit you not ! Sounds throaty at street speeds, but barks when the throttle is opened up. I'm astounded at the number of people who feel the need to comment on the sound the bike makes when I start it up, because the burble below 3k rpm isn't out of the ordinary for a 4 into 1 - it's not quiet above that rev range however. Nice free flowing and light muffler compared to stock, competitive price, no complaints here.
That bikes cuts inyecction at 245kmh of speedo...had a 2004 for 280.000 kms. 0 problems and always running as gone out of hell....awesome Bike. Hope comes back to be sold in Europe...
REALLY LUV YOUR VIDS SO GREAT, IM LOOKING AT A NEW CB 1100 U KNOW RETRO, IT SOUNDS SO GOOD IN THE SHOP, IM TORN I HAD A BOBBER ALL PICKED OUT ANY WAY IT DID LOOK LIKE IT WOULD HAVE GONE FURTHER AMAZING ..KEEP THE RUBBER ON THE ROAD. PS. THE MOTO GODS ARE WORKING OVER TIME I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD START DROOLING OVER THE NEW RETRO'S, IN JAPAN THEY HAVE AN AMAZING ARRAY OF COMPLETE KITS FROM THE CB's TO THE CBR's
Nice vid! And Wow! Riding at this speed without fairing is really intense. I have a CB1300 black 2007. Without fairing... About top speed, brand new It used to go 250Km/h, now, top speed is around 220Km/h..
Wow!!! 155mph isn't very impressive, the 600cc supersports are faster than that . If a KTM DUKE 1290 Rolled up on him , it would EAT that honda for LUNCH !!!! In Very Short Order!!!!
Must need a valve clearance adjustment.... and probably new chain and sprockets, and probably oil filter change, and new sparkplugs... then she will fly again!
Hello, I'm interested to know where your camera and microphone were mounted. This video is really great and helped me love my CB1300 much more. On my last tour of Germany, I reached 145 mph on my CB1300. I was only worried about my hearing at the time because my helmet was not really good at suppressing wind noise.
FYI: - The Top Speed in this video is approximately 230 km/h (140 mph). - I sold the CB1300 in 2014. I currently own: - 2018 Honda CBR 1000 RR SP - 2020 Husqvarna 701 Supermoto - 2017 Honda CRF 1000 L Africa Twin DCT Feel free to comment and ask questions (I speak German and English). Also there are more motorcycle related videos on my channel for you to watch. My Flickr Account: www.flickr.com/photos/roman_koehler/
I just sold it because I wanted to try something different. You should buy one when you can because it's a very high quality bike that will last forever if you take care of it.
@@lecroiseblanc It's not dangerous. It was my first bike as well. The only problem maybe the weight (260 kg) if you're a smaller person or are not used to handling motorcycles.
@@lecroiseblanc I bought it as my first bike and have now had it for over 3 years. Fantastic bike. If you know how to ride, this bike will be a great bike. It's a bit heavy for manual handling, but I can use it for all purposes except off course. Great bike!
The CB1300 was officially sold in Europe. Unfortunately they stopped selling it here a few years ago because of stricter emission standards I think. Thank you very much for your comment!
We have the CB1100 and my Honda guy said the 1300 may be coming soon. Have you ridden a CB1100? They have plenty of power! I doubt the extra 200cc would make a huge difference. Great bikes
Hi, I'm currently trying to buy one, but cannot decide between naked of with semi fairing. The looks is of course the naked version, but they are more hard to find (with ABS). Any comment to help me please? Cheers.
