CBE Axis Target sight 

My CBE Elevate has quick slide adjustment. It also hasn't gotten loose and rattling like the axcel did.

CBE sells the mounting bracket separately for 39.99 USD when I wrote them a week ago. The gauge tool worked fine for me so far. I adjusted the tension of my rapid vertical adjustment by a slight loosening of 4 set screws. The left to right adjustment is a bit more coarse than the vertical adjustment. A replacement tube assembly is also 39.99 USD as of last week when I wrote CBE. This is probably cheaper than buying the whole vertical block, and the two pin seating system will ensure the scope lines up the same way every time. I think it is a bulkier sight than Axcel, but it was $100 CAD cheaper than the equivalent Axcel sight. for me to purchase The Axcel sight is excellent. I would not buy the Black Gold target sight as it is not as easy to adjust. Mine came with a magnifier included so I can better see my sight tape, which considering I now need reading glasses, I appreciate this. I don't believe the Sanlida will be made to tight enough tolerances and with robust enough engineering to last for several years, but I cannot tell because I cannot put my hands on one. It is a fair criticism that there is no recurve version, but they choose a business model that keeps them profitable.

Ive heard the micro dial pin isnt perfect, something to do with the locking process which actually moves the pin. Not ideal if thats true😬 Does seem like a good overall improvement for CBE

These sights are much more rugged than the axcel and hold their tolerance over time.

Odd choice to not have a quick detachable scope system. It has everything else and not everyone needs that but I would just pay slightly extra for a shibuya or axcel.

I do like you're content but you didn't really give this sight a fair shake down for a review. More hung up about the price difference than the options of the sight. The vertical quick gain adjustment tension can be adjusted to your liking as well as setting the 3 main axis. One fastener holds the self indexing scope rod so it is a quick disconnect. I have a total of 3 of these for the different scopes I run, and with a bit of effort I can swap between either of them and be spot on with maybe a click one way or another. I would suggest reading the instructions, install on a bow for a few weeks and tinker with it. I think you might like it.
