Naranasan ko rin yan, anxiety disorder...pag aatake yan, feeling mo katapusan na ng buhay mo lol...pinsan lang yan sa depression...malaki tulong sa akin yang pagbabasa ng bible at preaching and sermons from pastors...dapat makinig ka rin sa mga may anxiety naka survived...wag kang mapag isa nyan...pati sa pagtulog mo may kasama ka...pag mawala yan...tatawanan mo lang yan...nasa isip mo lang pala hahaha lol....di ko talaga magtry ng kung anong medications...mas delikado side effect nyan.... always pray lang.
Ngayon ko lang napanood ang episode na to... But I'm so blessed sobrang pareho ng experienced ko but mines for a decade cause I don't have idea what it 8s back then.... And same with Danica I refuse to take meds also.. And give it to the Lord... And eventually Jesus heals... ❤
Super relate po journaling to god, rosary, psalms and proverbs .. continuos panic attacks that happen to me 5 years ago...so inspiring po that i wasnt alone.

Experienced that anxiety/panic attack this previous months and sometimes umaatake prin. But yes just like you always declaring that verse " your mercies anew every morning"🙏💕, singing worship " What a Beautiful Name" and I know I can totally overcome this by His grace, mercy and power!!🙏. I watched the replay and I’m so blessed with Danica’s testimony. I went through the same years ago with her panic attacks but as she said God is my anchor. I just hold on Him and one day it was all gone. Praise God

I'm crying as I'm typing and listening to your testimony. Thank you for being authentic and transparent with what you went through. I had been through the same ordeal of anxiety and panic attacks because of thyroid problem. But I declare and claim God's Word everyday as my weapon against the wiles of the evil one.
