Honda have not dropped the ball at all, this bike is so smooth and easy to ride it flatters the average rider, and you can use a lot of the available power with out it getting out of control, this bike is is an awsome road bike and more than enough for most riders, I have test risen a few of the latest bikes with all the latest riding modes etc, shit throttle comes to mind on some other bikes I have tried, this bike is smooth and easy to ride with loads of torque, perfect for road riding
I too have spoken with people who say that this bike is preferred over the 2017 model as it does not have all the extra nonsense crap on it and is a much nicer and rarer bike. Honda don't get many things wrong but the 2017 CBR is not as nice as this bike! I hope that the RVF 1000 actually comes to light in 2018?
I like this CBR 1000rr version than the 2019-2021 coz there are lots of cheap clothes(aftermarket fairings) we can put to her. Honda bikes are of quality. I have no issues with speed coz I'm no racer, I just want a nice ride coz I'm kinda over with a 300cc bike LOL
That is one sexy bike. Got my Mod2 test on the 8th of sept and still haven't decided on what bike to get. Don't think I'll be getting a 1000cc just yet though😜.
Hey tav! Yes, yes it is one sexy bike. Good luck with your test... You'll do well. I would not advise this bike to anyone who doesn't have experience. I kept this video to the minimum with fast riding footage but believe me when I say it's an absolute animal haha!
+ThrillsOfLife “PetrolvsWater” yes I'm gonna stick with a 600 to start with. Not just for my safety but the insurance prices are gonna be sky high for a new rider as well.
+Tav McSoapish sounds like a sensible idea. Plenty of power in a 600! I rode my mates r6 the other day and that's a nice bike definitely worth a try. My GSXR is broken at the moment and not gonna be a fast fix so may end up buying something else very soon whilst I'm fixing it.

I really like the Honda cbr600rr but as I'll be buying 2nd hand for my first bike, the prices on the other 3 seem a bit lower than the Honda so they are more tempting for a first bike. Do you still play Xbox anymore mate?
+Tav McSoapish ECU is blown. Yeah they are all very similar to be honest as you've got nothing to compare it with. Having ridden a few bikes now I would Say the R6 is more track focused but also very fun, probably a bit harder for the new rider to tame. No I don't really play anything anymore but will prob play battlefield 1 when it arrives, how about you?
Honda pure class style and brilliance it seems? I am riding a 2005 MV Agusta that has not been fun at all with issues and mechanics who appear to be clueless and afraid to touch them. When going well stunning but the Honda appears to be a better dual bike with easy living in city and highway as apposed to the MV that loves the open road but hates the traffic .The Honda a better package all round I suspect? I hope the RVF 1000 is a real deal at Milan this year!
I know your comment is four years old, but it was so dumb I just had to respond. By definition, you do indeed DRIVE a motorcycle and the definition of drive is to operate and control a motorised vehicle.
