CBS Commercials Breaks (October 23, 2005) 

After "60 Minutes" and during "Cold Case". Here, instead of this being from a regular blank VHS, this is from a blank S-VHS tape. The quality here is slightly better than a regular VHS, but I guess this tape was recorded via OTA so the quality isn't as hot.
My setup:
JVC SR-MV45 DVD Recorder/SVHS Combo to a SP mode DVD.
