Listening from Dover, Ohio on Sunday afternoon. The sun is shining after days of darkness. My cat is stretched out on the carpet and I am stretched out on the bed listening to these wonderful stories.
@@lynnrobinson8885Hi Lynn. Right now, I am eating a slice of Pepperidge Farm Coconut Cake. It's my favorite dessert. Smokey 😺 is fast asleep. I hope that you're doing well. Good night and pleasant dreams, my friend ❤️
I am raising a cold glass of milk to you, right now ( I was still thirsty !) so, Cheers ! I love coconut cake too ! My grandmother used to make it, but Pepperidge Farms is very good 😉❤@@GeminiladyJackson-xq6hc
01-20-24. Listening in Southern Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦, 43* N. Woke up very early this quiet morning to see a “gaggle” of deer ( or whatever they are called) walking up and down the driveway. There is quite a large area of forest around, so I don’t really understand why they keep coming up this way - but impressive in their beauty, nevertheless. We had warmer weather today, about 34*, and depending on where the dial stops on the round thermometer, soundly attached to the deck, we are to get some snow or rain early tomorrow. I love this story! These morality plays used allegorical dramas theatrically to teach moral values. The most famous one, called “Everyman” was created in the 1600’s, in which “Everyman” follows everyone else in his life’s desire to get into heaven. (Passion plays were something similar, but required a miracle.) Hope ALL of God’s critters are comfortable and well tonight! Hope everyone’s minds slowly unwind, and find restful and peaceful dreams. Have a good evening, all ! A thank you to Sir Edge of Nightfall for providing these bed-time stories for us. Hope you have a snack for tonight’s show to share with all of us. I still have some apple fritters left over from ones I made yesterday, and only need to be warmed lightly in the microwave and served with a very cold glass of milk ! Happy dreams to all, including GeminiLady, Doc , Jenn, Mr Nitley and all the lovely people who currently make up our little “tribe” of those who wander through these stories with us like-minded lovers of all things “ interesting “ ! 🙏❤🫠 Great Show !❤😺😺😘
