8/9/24 from N'west WI where the corn stalks are topping 8' tall and we'll soon be "bringing in the sheaves". And Thank you good neighbor Mr Nightfall for being here ending a busy week and a frantic Friday with another OTR Mystery as we prepare for tomorrows Farmers Market. G'nite all and may the sheaves be with you.
I remember growing up in a time when we only had access to certain fruits and vegetables depending on the season- fresh asparagus in spring, fresh strawberries and shortcake in early July , then sour cherries, then sweet cherries, and so on. It’s always made me look forward to these special items when they would come into “their” season, and that’s what I still look forward to. Happy farming to you ! 🙏❤🫠

@@jennm7012Yes, I am a Trekkie. I have seen every episode of Star Trek, the Original Series, many times. My favorite episodes are " The Doomsday Machine" and "The Way to Eden '." William Shatner still rocks at age 94.
