Ramon loves bodybuilding. He once said he wishes that competitions wouldn't have rankings, so that everybody could be called winners. For him, training with Cbum is an accomplishment of a lifetime (almost as winning at arnold's). He grew so poor in Brazil and now he's conquering all his dreams. He's a role model for all brazilians, you guys should pay more attention to him. Won't regret.

As a Brazillian, I can tell, Ramon is one of the humblest athletes that I've ever saw, So as Chris. Both are extremely nice human beings. Seeing these two guys on the top tier of bodybuilding and also being extremely friendly to one another is such a delight. Such a healthy rivalry. That's not true. Ramon's forearms are huge and it pumps at the time of back workout so it's hard to handle heavier weight for him . Both are legends

Ramon gave Chris a protective amulet, the same as he himself uses. Also, after he came 2nd at Mr. Olympia 2023, he said he doesn't want Chris to retire, because he wants to win the title fair and square. The mix of rivalry, respect and friendship between these two is so beautiful to see. Them pushing each other to be better is what is making Classic Physique so interesting and refreshing right now. As a Brazilian, I'm sad about Ramon not winning, but I have mad respect for Chris. He deserves everything he got, that's for sure.

Not that I know of, but Dino comes from the north and I live in the south (very, very far away). Maybe it's something popular there, but I highly doubt it. It's the Shield of Zeus and Zeus isn't really part of brazilian popular/traditional culture. But it may have some deeper meaning for Dino, particularly, since he also wears one.

i really really like the current bodybuilding era. The feeling of comradery is really coming trough. Love the way chris spreads it and chills (works out) with different bodybuilders sometimes.
