CC Beta Area 59 - Risk 25: Sniper Duo

- I got asked a lot if 25 was possible without everyone being E2 max, pot6, or relying or RNG, so I wanted to showcase this team to curb those questions.
- This is a Risk 25 strat I've been devising for a long time, even since my time in CN during CC Beta, I couldn't execute it in time then, but I revised and managed to iron out a new clear in Global.
- Previously I used the Sora strategy for my clear in CN, but for EN I wanted to have more unique operator inclusions, I did ban myself on relying on RNG so Ethan delay or F.E RNG to dodge Katana for example. I tried to clear with as minimum levels and potential as I could, in retrospect it can go lower but overall I am happy with it.
- Firewatch and Schwarz are the Sniper Duo for consistent DPS for Militant and Mages, while SA and Red are their point-men and cover their downtime. This strat requires precision with all the timings, whether it comes to Magallan delay for root, optimizing FW bombs, Red delay, split-boxing, there is a lot of things to consider so it took me awhile to sort it out.
- Despite this, the strategy is extremely consistent and has no RNG required for the clears, the main RNG is honestly just how consistent you could be to execute everything, which I am not very. PogWYouBoom.
- FunFact: I discovered you can push enemies into terrain during this progression, and got the idea to include it into the timings. I'm sure you will just be as suprised seeing it as me discovering it.
