banjo is not a type of egg.. banjo refers to egg burger.. bun with an egg inside.. boiled egg = telur rebus fried egg = telur goreng or telur mata scramble egg = telur dadar

At penang, you can top up this rojak/pasembur with seafood like fried prawn and crab etc at certain stall if u prefer, but the price will be much more higher. Most important is the sauce, it make out the whole flavor of this dish. 😁
