It's a fazbear fright book named Step closer. It's about two brothers and the older one named Pete basically gets haunted by Foxy and he keeps getting into accidents where he always was close to losing either his eye or arm because Foxy wanted to make him a pirate. Pete wanted to face Foxy and go to Freddy fazbears but he got hit by a truck before he could get there and he died
