CCA Duo is yet another IEM following the KZ new tuning phylosophy, which is a more Harman safe approach, but don't think it's a bad thing, it's actually a very good thing
The sound of the DUO is like that of the KRILA....AS24... D-Fi....VZ10, which is to say, emphasis on midrange, excellent vocals and instruments, complemented by the bass and Treble.
Technically and considering the price its more than capable and truth is , although some times I would have liked a little more "meat" on the low down ....3....4 dB , to just complete some songs , the DUO can trade serious punches with Zero Red, Tripowin Kailua, TRI Starriver!

Thanks for the review! I ordered them for 30usd because I was interested in the tuning at a budget and so I’m glad they also have good technicalities.

I wonder how this compares to my DQ6? Just kidding. Very happy with the KZ Castor (improved bass) and the CCA Rhapsody. Both are killer price/performance IEM's, imho.

If talking about CCA brand, I think so far nothing can beat the one that you recommended, which is HM20. I bought it and still love it until today, thanks to you 😁🤝

Yep, to me being an audiophile is not about preferred sound signature, how much bass or treble you love. It's not about how natural or unnatural timbre you appreciate and or how good or lacking your hearing is. Not even about how much money you spend on the equipment or how big your collection is although it definitely can be a symptom of being an audiophile :). Latin translation of "audiophile" says it all - the one who loves the audio. So if you're interested in Akros' RU-vid channel content there is big chance you're an audiophile already, even if you didn't know about it :). "Audiophile bass" term makes no sense

I have no problem getting a great fit on the Kailua. Using Dunu S&S tips or Spinfit 100+ I get a great fit. I personally like them much better than the Khan, or Olina SE. to bad TonyTex’s ears don’t here it the same way some other happy users like me are hearing it.

Same, I have unusually large and deep ears. I just couldn’t get a good fit with the Kailua’s even using Dunu S&S and W1 tips. Which was too bad considering I loved how they sound

MT4 has a fake driver and you're just saying hips of positive things about it. Wow, Akros. You can do better than this.

Hi, I bought 6 sets of MT4 so I know the set well and its flaws. The set driver is not fake ...it suffers from bad QC and and glue issues. That's why out 6 sets only one was working properly. If you watch my original review on the MT4 I say it all. So I don't believe I was saying hips of positive stuff about it, i said if you get a good working set the MT4 is a fun listen. Anyway I respect you don't like it and as always appreciate the interaction Thank you
