Depends on the point value of the ticket. The easiest way to prepare is 2 point tickets will usually have a max of 2 faults while 4 point tickets could have between 3 to 5 faults.
+ahmad alaeddine That's the old term that we use to describe the "how to" . Cisco used to send a physical CD with all its devices. They have since put on the internets. But we still call it the doc cd.
