that dude must dive into a vat of acetone at the end of each day. I can't even imagine how annoying that would be to have that crap all over my body, sticking to everything that I come near.

When you added the glass to the cap how did it fit back on the hull? It would be thicker from new material. Was there more slack than it look when taking it off??
