Leave may not be claimed as a matter of right except 'maternity leave' which has been declared as right under section 5 of the ' maternity benefit act 1961' Section 21 of this act provides for penalties for the employer for any contravention of the provisions of this act. Ques 3 Ek govt employee in fractions apni service me kitne period tak EOL le sakta hai ..I know leave of any type in one go can be sanctioned for upto 5 years but jaise EOL hai ye in fractions total kitni le sakte hn in service

I have some query sir , as saturday and sundays are off for central govt employee can i merge it with earned leaves, for example Scenario 1: if i take earned leave for friday and merge it with saturday and sunday holidays how may earned leaves will be counted in that case 1 or 3. Scenario 2: if i want to take 1 week leave for vacation, can i take 5 day earned leave and combine it with weekends, in that case how may earned leaves will be counted 5 or 7. Scenario 3: if i take earned leave for friday and monday with saturday and sunday as holidays in between, how many earned leave will be deducted 2 or 4.

Sir, please tell me the leave rules regarding the following scenario: I am at present on leave till Friday at outstation. I will reach duty station on Saturday. Saturday Sunday holiday. So no office. My temporary duty (official training) is scheduled from Monday to Tuesday at outstation. Then I intend to join office on Wednesday. Is it admissible? My office is saying I must attend office before going to Temporary duty station.... Is there any rule regarding this ? My plan is going back to duty station on Saturday, then start temporary duty journey from duty station to outstation and return back to duty station and join office next day.. Is there any problem?

Sir, One of our employees was on Leave (EL & HPL) from 11.06.20 to 10.06.21. He joined the office on 11.06.21. The first increment will be given to him on 11.06.21 instead of 01.07.20 but the second increment when should be given instead of 01.07.21 ? Please guide us. सर, यदि कोई शिक्षक एक वर्ष में कोई वैकेशन नहीं लेता है, और rule 26 के तहत EL प्राप्त करता है (i.e. Earned leave for employees working in Departments other than vacation department), तो क्या उसे HPL के लिए भी other than vacation department employee माना जायेगा और उस वर्ष के लिए 20 HPL प्रदान किए जाएंगे?

Sir what about Restricted Holiday (RH) Is it treated as holiday or as a leave? If RH is on Friday and Saturday & Sunday are holiday. A person applied for RH on Friday and Earned Leave on Monday, how Saturday and Sunday will be treated? I mean to say if Saturday and Sunday be treated as leave or prefix or something else?
