Can a person beat the treating doctor if his husband/wife dies in the course of treatment in your state? Will that person be jailed? or fined? or the matter settles without any consequences?
@@DentCareNepal in theory yes, that is how the law is written however, those in charge for filling the law are lacking in their fortitude. Thus letting people go with a slap on the wrist or a financial fine. Not enough if you ask me.
Will beating doctors just solve their problem? I wonder why the government of certain countries are ignorant in issues which matter the most. They just have to remember that someday in their critical stage of life, it will be a doctor who'll save them. Karma will surely hit those people hard. My strength to those Doctors. How would you condemn someone without knowing the reason behind? You are the worst I’ve ever seen. When you are in a place where you loose someone close to you for a doctor’s mistake and they ask you to take money to shut your mouth we will see what you will do.

Every country has their medical council to resolve problems like this legally, if they can beat the unarmed doctors, they can also retaliate later in any means they can. A 110 kg man with hypertension and diabetes does not need doctor's negligence or any further cause for sudden death. What more story do you know about this?
