Cdai, Deandre Ollie, Deshawn Goodman, and Antonio Harrington refused to comply with lock-up orders given by R/O Fabian. The four individuals gathered their belongings and mattresses and waited in the dayroom, expressing their refusal to lock up and claiming they did not belong on the medium co-ed tier. R/O Fabian informed Sgt. Crook of the situation, who then directed the inmates to take their belongings to Post 78 and notified them that they would receive disciplinary reports. Following an administrative assessment, it was determined that the four detainees' refusal to lock up was due to excessive tension and ongoing hostile arguments on the tier. They were interviewed on video, received written disciplinary forms, and were subsequently transferred to different tiers pending segregation housing inside Division 9.
