hearing professional and credible people say "CDawgVA" is funny to me. Its like When the UK wanted to call a polar scientific research vessel "Boaty McBoatface"
@@KrageeshBy popular demand and voting it was supposed to happen but then the voting committee changed the name to Sir David Attenborough for the research vessel. However in the Attenborough, they have a Boaty McBoatface for an autonomous underwater vehicle
I watched the CdawgVa action live and it was the best live event I've had the opportunity to watch. So many great and funny moments. I couldn't help but to tear up when the CEO and the "IDF gang" walked up on stage and said a few words. Thank you!
agreed. even without the charity aspect, it would've been one of the best event organised by a content creator. so well coordinated and executed. raising more than $300k for a charity that means a lot to his friend is just a massive bag of cherries on top.
The man who called TungstenRat a dramatic latina hahaha. Love the wholesome moment of sharing that milk product that was the only thing Mouse could eat/drink for a lot of time of her life.
I'm so proud of our Monke. If it weren't for Connor and his subsequent friendship with Mouse, I wouldn't have even heard of the IDF or that there are a lot of auto-immune conditions out there which aren't famous deseases like Aids, with some barely researched. So big ups to him - and of course you guys and ladies at the IDF!
I’m surprised that he didn’t include the fact that on top of all the live monitoring for the cyclethon, that he didn’t mention that he had a gremolin in his basket the whole time
Ironmouse Defense Force lol. I’m really happy Mouse has shined so much light on these types of diseases and bringing so many high profile streamers into this community.
So proud of Connor and his achievements. I love that his friendship with Ironmouse blossomed into something so beautiful, and that he works so hard to help the community and organization that has helped Ironmouse out, and also bringing awareness to her type of illness. Their dynamic is wonderful, and so happy they are both working so hard to help the IDF. My favorite streamers!!! 🖤 ps go support the gremolin and the IDF with the mouseathon! Lets keep it going until the end of the month!!
Connor is a true gentleman and one of the hardest working people out there. That he uses his influence and charm to do what he does for Mouse and for IDF speaks to his character. In an online space where it often pays to be toxic, petty, and cruel, he’s a successful example of the best alternative.
MONKE! Connor is so amazing, and I'm thankful for Ironmouse to introducing me to him, and just seeing him doing all these awesome things for charity is inspiring
I’ve been reading all the comments and replies, shout outs to the IDF for seeming so chill and genuinely engaged in what Connor and Mouse are doing, and not just taking the money. Y’all are great, keep up the amazing work! 👍
Having watched both Ironmouse and Connor for several years now, I am super proud of how far they have both come, and the amazing attention they have brought to IDF.
If Connor hadn't started doing these charity events for IDF, I never would have known about the IDF or even about plasma donations, honestly. Now I donate plasma twice a year. (It'd be more but my own medical issues keep me from being able to do more safely.)
So many things in this interview that i didn't know about my favorite streamer. So much respect for monke, mouse and idf. The interviewers were also really great!
Ngl, the only reason i know about IDF is not from ironmouse but after Conner get to know ironmouse and then he talk about ironmouse IDF. Its like ironmouse and him are fated to meet.
just wanted to say a huge thank you for having CC esp as this is an audio-only episode! ty IDF for your mission and for embracing people like Connor who uses his platform to support your community.
I started following Conner after I saw him making videos with Abroad in Japan. Watching his charity cycle got me through a tough time and I made sure to donate during that. I love seeing how the power of friendship like between Conner and Iron Mouse, can actually affect change. This was a great podcast!
I love Connor and Mousey, and I never heard about CVID or IDF before but I have since donated a lot to the IDF through their charity campaigns, and I plan to do a Walk for PI in the future!
I have a lot to thank Mouse and Connor for, but most of all I thank them for introducing me to this cause and for doing so much to support it with the help of their communities.
This was super cool to hear! I have never heard of this condition nor the IDF before these events and just seeing everyone come together for this was incredible! I also got introduced to IronMouse through Connor and it’s amazing how she can light up a room with her happiness despite everything. I remember watching the cyclethon streams and getting really emotional and tearing up at all the money they raised!!! Y’all are incredible and I’m so very happy I can watch the journey!!
me: oh, didn't know the Israeli Defense Forces had a pod... *see CDawgVA* oohhhh jokes aside, gotta say that I know about IDF because he helped spread the awareness
It's pretty bonkers how much money a frankly random Welsh guy on the internet has managed to raise for the IDF, especially considering that he's presumably not exactly rich himself.
