In this video I get to take you on a ride with me to test ride and start break-in on my new motorized bicycle Jokester. It has a lot of custom part and some are even hand made. I put a cdh110 motor on it which is 110cc (85cc). Let’s go rip it.

Really that’s awesome. I’m super happy to hear that. I hope you share whatever you do in the Facebook group for the pictures for me to see how it turns out and what you decide to do. Well, I did with using the flat bars for the ends really does help with keeping the nerves in my neck from getting pinched and making my lower back fatigue is it reaches back so far it’s such a comfortable bike ride. By far the most comfortable bike I’ve ever ridden.

Amazing power, especially pre-break-in.
@JMB676
@JMB676 Год назад
Yeah for real I’m super impressed with it. I’m shocked at how much power it offers and in this video I’m only going past throttle because like you said it’s still breaking. But the overall power is really incredible and this video is from end of October so it’s past freaking now in current time and I’ve hit over 50 miles an hour on the bike and it just loves it. I’m super impressed with this motor and I’m very interested to use it all summer and see how longevity of it is because I really stand behind the idea of a iron sleeve has the perfect dearly when you ride as much as I do.

Thank you, I’m lookin into getting a nasty Jack for it just so I can get the runner that leads into the manifold so I’m not sure what that will do to the sound so I’ll just have to wait n see I guess.
@tiger7777

@@JMB676 Well Johnnie, l just put one of those nasty jacks on mine. It fits better than the MZ65 and has everybit as much power for way less$. All l ended up doing is filing out the back hanger hole. The MZ65 needed the flange grounded off and repositioned and that Jack thing just fits perfectly with the 66cc not sure with your Big 110cc jug.
@JMB676
@JMB676 Год назад
I think it will and that’s exactly what I wanted to get for my build too cause the runner is conical like they need to be to work right.

Also, Johnnie. The BoFeng does it's thing the needle has a lot more to do at WOT than in the NT, I put the needle at the top (clip all the way down) and it Made a huge diference at full throttle.
@JMB676
@JMB676 Год назад
Yeah, I actually ended up having to put a larger jet in the carburetor and since I don’t have any Jets or the bofang I end up switching it out to NT and after I rebuild the motor from something that happened shortly after this video because I do something stupid and over Revit coming down the hill I ended up reporting it a little bit to be a little safer because I had it pretty hot like you saw this video, and I end up going back down to a stock size jet but to be honest with you, I did try the original carb again and between that one, and the NT CARB is a huge difference, just In overall performance from idle all the way up to the wide-open throttle. I like the NT over the bow fang, but I really like the N T Way more.

I will be showing more about these wheels soon, and it has nothing to do with me breaking one or anything like that because I rode it and whollowed it out after locking the rear wheel up at 42mph . I know that probably seems really specific and all but it’s totally just me giving a possible example of what might have happened but it’s not what definitely did happened about two months ago and then continued to ride on it for the n cat two months and just mess it up really bad….. ummm yeah so you see more on this thing that definitely didn’t totally happen.

Mongoose flight crank, Dk Pedals Se racing lean back seat post. Full titanium bolts they stretch and don't vibrate loose and are light V3 Phantom 85. I turned a 75.00 bike into something that rides like a Lazy Boy going down the road So yeah a customer bike is worth it

I always run 40:1 and I always use Lucas even during break in. Now because Lucas is synthetic it takes like 2 gallons just to break in my motors cause your supposed to use conventional oil during breakin but I don’t have space to store two gas cans and stuff cause outside space it limited and I have to worry about theft a lot here if stuff is outside. But bro run the Lucas it’s like two gallons to three gallons just to get break in to finish but as a whole it’s ok as long as you remember it takes much longer to Break it in properly.

@JMB676
@JMB676 4 месяца назад
A few times but this is a lil older video now and since then I have used the standard one now. I find it to be much more reliable as a whole for the amount I ride and keeps much better tension for this style frame. The spring tensioner wasn’t consistent enough for this frame and the amount I ride and eventually caused a chain binding that broke a lot of stuff about a month or two into this bike.

Man, Johnnie. The 110... I can't get myself to buy anything. I'd like a new motor. I got a YD100 jug and časem but I need a crank, bearings And seals. I don't think it's economically sensible to fix it

@@JMB676 yeah, I guess I could make one work but the threads on the magnet side are mangled
@Matthew-wj8cm
@Matthew-wj8cm Год назад
I got like an old YD100 crank from my old yd and it's a bit růstu and a newer yd crank that has terrible geometry. Like 38mm stroke and terrible port timings. I figurek I could put the rod and stuff into the old crank but I don't have a puller
@JMB676
@JMB676 Год назад
Hmmm, that’s an issue. Well if your careful you can easily hit it apart with a large framing hammer or a couple lite taps from a 3lb. Sledgehammer. If you just set it up and use a good size punch or deep socket on an extension to hold it you can beat it apart n back together again. Or maybe just rent a tap n dye kit from autozone to fix the threads on original crank. Also for the record the yd100 is supposed to be a 39.5 stroke but everyone says “40mm”. I think everyone seen it advertised on the Zeda 80s back in the day and now everyone just expects all cranks to be 40mm to be any good but the truth is the stroke in your basic stock motor or mine doesn’t matter like that since we are not tryin to make 20hp in these motors. So whatever stroke it is is just fine for our applications. All the power in these motors is made from the port map and timing and can be accomplished safely with a 39, 40, 39.5, or 36mm stroke, as long as you got your squish and set that up right you can port the cylinder to whatever you want, rpm, low end torque, a mix or what you want. You know.

Hi Johnnie I just got a motor and reved it to hi and score the cylinder I run my fingernail across it and it catches my nail and yeah I put a good old piston and rings from an older engine and it won't start have spark gas and yeah well should I hone it ordered replace it
@JMB676
@JMB676 Год назад
If it’s a steel sleeve you could hold it if it’s an all aluminum motor like cylinder then if you can touch it with your nail you’re not gonna be able to build compression and it’s shot it’s not the piston rings does the cylinder bore itself. Sorry for the bad news brother. Only fix is going to be a new cylinder.

@JMB676
@JMB676 9 месяцев назад
I buy the cheapest ones I can find on Amazon or eBay. They are all basically the same thing at the core of the motor so I just get the cheapest one I can and then I make it good by the work I do to it and porting it but I use only stock parts to do it all. But it’s those lil things I do that make them great dailies.

Why is it wen I pull in on my church and my motor stop running
@JMB676
@JMB676 6 месяцев назад
When you pull in your clutch* it stops running? So you’re just letting it idle then. Well it could be two things really, to know for sure I need more info but I can say if it’s all stock setup then you either need to raise the idle by tighten the idle screw quarter turns until it stops stalling out, or what I think it could be most likely is it’s to fat and you need you lean it out by raising the tiny C-clip on the needle a space at a time till it revs up a lil bit, then you can probably lower the idle screw (turn it out, counterclockwise) a lil till it’s at the idle you want. If you message me on Facebook chat I can help you much easier with a faster response.

@JMB676 Год назад
All I did was port the whole motor, I polished only the exhaust, I matched it to the case and I got the squish tighter. Plus just a general tiding up. O yeah I skirted the piston too and I cut the ears off the cert lips and recessed the post to be able to remove them easily need be. All around just a basic port job I do to all the motors I work on, so nuttin special really. The motor parts were of good quality it’s just the way they execute the assembly in the factory that’s the problem really.

To be honest I never had a speedo goin when I ran it out and having fun but I did have it on and it said 51.7 and it had more for sure cause I could hear it wasn’t at its top rpm yet but not a lot more so I would guess 53 ish is top. But to be honest I didn’t build it for top speed, I built it to pull at stop signs and to pull a trailer and me up hills without pedaling and it does that very well.

CDH110cc Replaement of Top End Cylinder Set and Bottom End Crank Set with Iron Sleeve Cylinder for 2 Stroke kit 84CC/85CC a.co/d/1gK0LYT This is a link to ONLY THE ENGINE I can not find the whole kit again cause they are hard to find for a good price but you might find them on cdh website but I only shop on eBay and Amazon for better prices. BUT remember these kits /motors are dogs out the box and mine only works so well because of the work I did to it. Also I have one more of these full kits brand new in box I would sell all done up like mine where it’s a GREAT daily, which means reliable and decent power of the line (button crazy though, but way better then stock) and it will rev higher and have way more power through the whole rev range and also rev quite a bit higher. I do not have a tach but calculating my speed and my wheel diameter and sprocket size I know they spin at least to 9k during break-in safely and after break-in around 10k maybe a lil less but again that’s just from doing math and not with a tach so it’s not hundred percent accurate. Only ballpark numbers. Now I would only sell my last kit if I’m doin the work and porting it and all that since I had other plans for it and I ended up selling the other one to my buddy for $300 with same mods I’m talking about for the one I would sell you if your interested. Same price but to be honest I have about four motors ahead of yours if you choose to buy it and that’s only if nobody else buys another motor before you let me know. I just build them in the order they are bought from me. I don’t build and sell to often but it’s been happening much more recently so I figure I should just start offering it to people that ask me about the motors. Now remember if you just want to do it yourself the link about is only the motor, the top end and bottom end. The way it is listed is weirdly worded but it’s all there and I have bought a couple like this from this seller before. I am currently working on one of these exact motors for a buddy in Canada and it’s almost finished cause he asked for an extra cylinder as a back up so I’m doin that right now to send to him in Canada but it does everything I said about and in all honesty is better then my personal motor cause I was able to buy specialty tooling to do the transfers on a whole new level. Also if you wanted more power but with less reliability I can do that too but if it’s a daily type of a thing I recommend what I said cause believe me it’s proven since I have well over 10k miles on Jokester and it’s motor and those are hard miles. And with my new tooling I am able to do a better job like I mentioned so it’s up to you and I hope this longggg message helped with whatever you wanted to do.
