Guys the 1st thing that appears on a shipping label is the “Identification Number” not the Shipping Name! Also the Carrier is responsible for finding out what special permits or routes you need to take to haul any hazmat!
Every study guide on here says that the name comes first all the video say the name comes first and the drivers responsibility is to route. I've never come across any load in the trucking industry where the carrier will create the route rather than the driver
The 2019 Texas CMV Driver's Handbook 9.6.5 (page 9-14) says, "It is your job as driver to find out if you need permits..." So, if you are "H" endorsement testing in 2024 in Texas, then, the driver is responsible for finding out about permits.
HMS 126 hazmat training is every 3 years. radioactive material certificate is every 2 years. question one is correct. a lot of people get confuse with these 2.

Radioactive your company has to training every 2 years. Hazmat every 3 years. I think that you have to go back to the dmv to test again. Thanks for your coments
