@@TimisoaraPatriot Romania was the NK of Europe in the 80s. As someone from Timișoara, you or your family were one of the few who had it better than most other Romanians, since there was a lot of small trade with Yugoslavia and that helped the people of Banat to get the products that they needed but were not available inside Romania.
yeah i know but romania is no longer socialist and im not from timisoara. Im from oltenia, where multiple people were kicked out of their homes by ceasescu. The only time we really got food is when the yugoslavs smuggled it in.@@wyqtor

Dacă invazia Cehoslovaciei s-ar fi petrecut cu 20 de ani dupa acest discurs,Ceausescu ar fi fost cu totul intr-acord,fiindca intervalul de timp 1965-1971 era intr-adevar unul caracterizat de o deschidere mai mare spre Occident,insa odata cu acapararea puterii de catre Ceausescu dupa 1971,acesta nu a ezitat sa isi arate mentalitatea dictatoriala
@@emanol_quiris In my opinion ,Ceausescu and Antonescu where patriots ,they cared for this country very much .Ceausescu built pretty much everything you see in Romania today .Schools,housing,hospitals,roads and industry and he made Romania know on the world stage .But at the same time ,he starved the population ,put people in work camps and generally made people quite miserable.While Antonescu fought a war against one of our biggest oppressors ,Russia and retook some of our lost land but again he deported and killed many Romanians and like Ceausescu ,he lived in a fairy tale to think he could defeat Russia.So to sum up,they were both great men ,that are by many still praised today ,but they also did plenty of bad stuff.

În primul rând, comunismul nu este trecut pentru că nu a existat niciodată, toți au fost la fel, nu au fost niciodată la fel, deci comunismul nu există. A existat și va fi în curând doar socialism pentru că vedem că în Europa se produc fascismul și războaiele, așa cum știm că Uniunea Europeană se destramă și se închide pentru că crește și produce și răul. De aceea singura mântuire este în SOCIALISM și într-o societate dezvoltată și pe cât posibil de Occident, care gătește răul și războiul. Așteptăm doar indivizi care să le pună în aplicare pe toate și se îndreaptă spre asta, pentru că repet răul se așteaptă și se dezlănțuie, iar oamenii s-au săturat de asta și de acest tip de aranjament dezintegrat!!!!
NICOLAE CEAUȘESCU a fost cel mai competent președinte al României și cel mai mare patriot. A avut un curaj nemărginit să conteste cu maximă vehemență invazia Uniunii sovietice în Cehoslovacia. Am să-l regret toată viața. A fost un mare om de stat, un mare politician și cel mai mare patriot român.

Gheorghe Gheorghiu-Dej - hai sa-ti povestesc ceva: bunicul meu in anii 50 undeva pe un bulevard la casa scânteii cu camionul pt ca era sofer si a facut pana. Era cu un coleg si au incercat sa repare camionul. Trece un tip imbracat bine si îl intreaba daca are nevoie de ajutor. Bunicul mea nu stia cine este personajul si i-a spus sa se duca inapoi de unde vine (cum ar fii), dupa care asta si-a cerut iertare "ma scuzati domnul cetacean - mult noroc" si a plecat. prietenul bunicului meu in spaima "pai da nu stii cine a fost asta?" - era Dej... daca era ceausescu îl impuscau pe bunic imediat :D

Romania era singura tara din blocul sovietic care nu participa la exercitiile pactului de la varsovia , nu a participat la reprimarea revoltelor din blocul sovietic (inclusiv Cehoslovacia) , a luat imptrumuturi de la FMI in loc de CAER , a folosit tehnologie vestica pentru centrala nucleara in locul celei sovietice. E o lista lunga a faptelor cu care a sfidat Ceausescu Uniunea Sovietica. Refuzul la participarea invaziei nu a fost ceva iesit din comun. Si in plus , daca era doar o vrajeala , de ce s-a inteles cu Tito ca guvernul Romaniei sa se retraga in Iugoslavia in cazul unei invazii sovietice , dupa ce a tinut discursul asta ?
Măcar pe el chiar l-a invitat și l-a plimbat cu caleașca. Îi vezi pe ăștia de acum că ar primi respect așa? Am ajuns de râsul lumii și aproape sclavi puțin câte puțin.
The reason is 1. Romania and revesionist USSR had bad relations because of romanias brutality against sinti and roma, homosexuals etc 2. Romania during ceascescu was very anti revisionist and even supported the khmer rouge and china
Nope. Number one, issue of gay people was only introduced when Stalin came to power, not before. Number two, cheauvinism against people based on ethnicity was punishable by prison and even death. Number three Ceaușescu's idiotic moves came later. Here he opposed an unjustified military intervention, in both principle and in the context of the fact that Romania, at the time, underwent simmilar reforms.
@@dayanbadruddinov6414 not really. Because there was no anti-socialist coup. It was a peaceful attempt to get rid of the remnants of stalinism and actually develop socialism. It's one thing to use violence etc against enemies and it's another to do so against the population.
