It would be like male vtubers making “you have a small dick” jokes, it’s just body shaming and overall reflects badly on anyone watching who has the same features. The blame is on both the people making the jokes and the talents who reciprocate and play into the joke like Cecilia did here. I know a lot of trans women in particular feel self-conscious about being flat-chested (for obvious reasons), bringing it up as an “insult” (even playfully) is just bringing it potential negativity that doesn’t need to be there in the first place.
