Reason she "couldnt hear" korone was because audio in gta is camera based and CC kept having her camera inside the building looking out which means her audio was inside not outside

It's not that Korone was muted. But Korone did hear. Cecilia couldn't hear because her camera was pointed so that the game thought she was inside the car shop, muffling outside voices. For Korone's reaction you can check her 3rd day stream around 17 minutes in
