Even though I've been to Cedar Point several times, I've never really realized the scale of this hotel until this video - absolutely massive. It's drastically more tastefully put together than I was anticipating. Looks like a great place to stay.

Also, it's probably too late for this trip, but if you guys are ever at Cedar Point for an extended period again, I'd suggest maybe taking some time to take a ferry ride over to Put-in-Bay. It's a small island off of the lakeshore of Sandusky with a number of interesting things to do. It could probably make a good video for The Sanbrooke Adventures. I went there years ago when visiting Cedar Point and even as a teenager found it a rather fun day trip.

Looks like an amazing hotel & location. I like that they have modernized the hotel some but not ruined the history and old school charm of the original facility. Seems like they found the perfect blend of old with new. To many corporations ruin a beautiful hotel like this by over modernizing it once they get their hands on it. Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday!! I think this is the first hotel tour for a place I've actually stayed! We live in Chicago and it's only about a 4-hour drive to CP, probably been there 2 dozen times - stayed at Breakers many times (used to prefer Sandcastle Suites before it was torn out actually). Will be back in July when we take our niece and nephew for the first time and we're staying at Breakers for 3 nights! Enjoy!

many years ago 6 friends and me stayed in one of the conner rooms for 2 nights-cost was good to split with 7 ppl,best 2 days at CP ever so fun

I loved my stay in 2018 when SV opened. 3 days, stayed in the original building with a beach view. You can TELL in that building it's an oldddd building. The room shapes are so... odd. Like literally 20 walls and a dozen corners in the room. We had a fire alarm at 4 am that evacuated the entire building in their pajamas. Was just a drunk person being an ass, haha. Cops were called. I really liked the fire pits just outside towards the beach, could sit out there and have coffee in the cold. It's expensive, I can't imagine how much more it is now than in 2018, but I think it's worth it, for sure. It seriously improves the park experience being able to go back to your room to use take a #2, take a nap, have a real meal, and have your own entrance in the back. No long wait to get in nor a front gate "experience." Great stuff.

You should be there in the summer. The whole boardwalk area outside the hotel is alive with people. They have an outside bar and fire pits. It's such a nice place to hang out after a day in the park.

Went there in 2012 in May and stayed here. The weather was just like yours, beautiful. There really is no place or setup like it if you’re a rollercoaster fan. It truly is one of a kind with the way it’s all presented. Going back next year 100% I was told there are now direct flights to Cincinnati on certain days meaning there’s no need for two flights. Is that right Shawn as you could do Kings island at the same time then.
