True, it is British. Still, it is the most common processional to play at an American commencement ceremony at either the high school or collegiate level. Here, it would be highly unusual to hear anything else played at this kind of ceremony. And before you get any deeper down the musical rabbit hole, we Americans also swiped "God Save the King", reworked its lyrics, and retitled it "America." The list goes on and on. Be well, my friend!
