Why do you talk about solutions when you haven't addressed the cause of the problem? It's all due to the incompetence of the Nana Addo/Bawumia government. Over-borrowing, over-printing of the cedi and overspending without parliamentary approval, over-importation of goods we can easily produce ourselves, low production of agriculture and industry, high cost and low generation of electricity, are some of the causes. Why do we even price and sell our exports in dollars? All buyers from Ghana must buy in cedis. They'd have to buy cedis from our local banks to pay for goods and services from us. We to set up a bullion market, where people can buy gold, silver and other precious metals as store of value, not dollars.
