I got INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING IN JORHAT ENGINEERING COLLEGE. its the last branch of JEC I want to know if i choose better preference in upgrade option does it cancel my current allotment? And what if i didn't get any allotment in 2nd councelling does it get fully cancelled? Please explain the upgrade options 🙏
