@@123f89 ..Noura, what dont I use..lol.I use the 1%retinol in squalane, ..caffeine solution 5% egcg, also the argireline in 10% solution, as well as the aha30%+bha2% peeling solution...its the best peel I ever used. This peel is very strong and I do not advise it if you have never done a 30% aha peel before, I have done many so I love it. Also the retinol 1% in squalane is also strong...so you should start with lower percentage or the granactive one from the ordinary...next Im getting the buffet which is a medley of peptides....you should check out their website..they are amazing...😘

I’m an Esthetician so I looooooove to see what people are paying for. Some of this is FLUFF, I’m sorry. I could have done the same facial, diff products, no fancy machines, much cheaper and the client would have been happy. But people looooooooove gadgets, and end up paying hundreds for an hour facial. Great skin is part genetics, part diet, low stress, and a great at home routine. Oh and yes, SERUMS are the TRUTH.

naturalTJ most from pimples that simply healed without popping but left a superficial “scar” or indentation. My esthetician acts like it won’t work for me. It’s annoying bc I don’t feel like I’m being helped.
@naturalTJ
@naturalTJ 4 года назад
Melissa Patrice do you still have bumps underneath? It’s hard to tell without a pic, but the Rejuvi line has some great products for scaring. Normally PIH (post inflammatory hyperpigmentation) which is what you have is pretty easy to heal because it’s superficial. Not sure of your race but a series of TCA peels should be helpful too. Again, hard to say because I’ve never seen you.

Honestly it’s easier to get laser for acne then extraction sometimes people’s skin cannot handle that type of trauma so laser targeting active acne is the best and then do this but it depends on your skin

I think it's great that people are sharing their knowledge about skincare with others! And these days with so much access to information, one can become an "expert" on any topic they feel drawn to. And with new found knowledge, why not share it? Sharing is caring :)
@andycalimara
@andycalimara 4 года назад
frankie Yeah, until that “expert” shares information which is categorically false. For me, if the person does not have a licensed credential or at least consult regularly with those licensed credentials, I don’t trust them. There are ethics behind professions. A lot of these “gurus” and “experts” whose claim to fame is participating in cancel culture and trashing an entire line because ONE specific product did not work for their skin....have never done their homework. There’s a difference between researching a hobby and researching for your profession.

Kat Does your face skin produce a lot of oils and you tend to look shiny? = Oily skin; Is your face skin dry and feels sort of tight like it needs moisture? = Dry skin, or do you have combo skin where maybe your T-zone (forehead, nose & chin) is the only part that is oily? = Combination skin. There is also Acne prone skin that usually falls under Oily skin. So which one are you?:)

skincare videos have some of the MOST self righteous audience and commentators. The comments are always a variation of : "what you s_ckers need is to go on a Plant based diet! I did it! There, fixed it for you!", "I just drink 10 gallons of water a day, I'm better than everyone!", "I use only one drug store brand, and even God wants my skin. Aestheticians are such unnecessary money grabbers!", " *Oh, wait till SUSAN Yara and her gang of all knowing disciples get in here to savage this routine* ! G_d, I can't wait to put the aesthetician's head on the internet pike for all the world to see!"

@shaqwmccanlas
@shaqwmccanlas 4 года назад
Retin-A is going to be much stronger and effective than a Retinol. I think she may have just been saying that over time, a retinoid like Retin A can thin your skin. If you're confused on Retin A and retinol, definitely check out Dr. Dray here on youtube. She is a dermatologist and provides excellent information on retinoids and retinols and how to use them effectively.
@jorutherford1632
@jorutherford1632 4 года назад
What she said is not true. I am doctor. Its actually the reverse... your skin would do better after using a prescription retinoid for years. It really is the best thing you can use for skin. She is talking about something she is not qualified to give an opinion about.

@@AnnieNugget Yes, but you're lead to believe that all of these little massages and skincare products are actually supposed to do something beneficial for your skin, more than what you already do at home. If all you're really looking to do is relax, a facial is a VERY expensive way to do that.
@alezandradavila2581
@alezandradavila2581 4 года назад
Yes my opinion a facial should always include a goal and it’s a bit old fashion to pop extract I’m in esthetics school and relaxing is great but you want to see what is the goal that’s why depending on severity of your acne you should see a Derm and esthetician because at those offices they have all sorts of laser and hydrafacial to help you achieve that goal I learned the hard way about this lol always have a physician available when getting a treatment to go over allergies
