I grew up around many Newari friends back home.yomari used to be one of my comfort food when I was a kid."yomari chamo ukhay dunay hamo biusa lahsay na biusa budikuti" Usually you say this infront of the houses when you go around in the neighbourhood asking for yomari.I think it means, If you offer me black stuffs inside doughy flour you are a young lady otherwise you are old.I don't think there is proper translation in English.Anyway you are doing great job bringing out the diverse culture of Nepal.Wish you all the best.Perhaps someday we get to see you in main stream media.you have everything in you what it requires.Good look, personality and your voice.
I love the show, this will definitely help me to try out some amazing good foods in different part of the city when i will be back to nepal, I love food, so do everyone no doubt. Thank you M&S hunger hunt for finding out such gorgeous places to try something different

You sud try one ! You'll love it !! And sorry I was joking about the tasteless part no offense bro !
yoh mari chwamu, ukke dunne chakku, byuma lyassi, mabyuma buricha -- means... The bread is pointed, the filling is sweet, if you give me a bread, you will be a pretty lady, if you don't, ugly ...
You must know We all are Nepalese But Newars are in center of Nepal sphere. You are in first hand is Khas Arya Bramhan. Identity urself. But only khas/Parbate/Gorkha language is called Nepali is not justified here at all. All the languages of Nepal must be called Nepali/Nepalese although Newar language was Nepali before historically. Khas language has no reason to be called Nepali at all. It must be called its original name namely either Khas, Parbate or Gorkha language, whatever you choose for shake of Nepalese' inclusiveness.
