When I requested the bill for the new part, I was told that the billing system was down and that the bill would be sent to me via WhatsApp. Despite waiting for five days and sending multiple reminders, I did not receive the bill. In an effort to resolve the issue, I escalated my concern on Twitter, which led to a call from General Manager Mr. Bhanu Rajora. During our conversation, Mr. Rajora informed me that further testing was needed to record proof before I could receive the bill. I was reassured that the new part would be installed, and the issue would be resolved. To my dismay, Mr. Rajora has now informed me that the new part was never installed, and I am being asked to return for its installation. This situation has not only been deceptive but has also left me feeling deeply frustrated and misled, as I was given false information about the replacement.

Tata should launch Harrier EV with 1000 km range under 23-24 lakh with all feature loaded.. Bring updated Punch EV with 550 range and also update Tiago facelift with premium design and major cosmetic changes with increase ground clearance of Tiago and Altroz... CNG mileage should be 35 of this model...Work more on this..Target first time buyer and relaunch Zest like sedan with Max mileage good pickup and as always safety❤
Sir, it has been more than a month since Tata ace ev vehicle is compliant, I have informed many times, no result, I have called Mancheri too and said there is no help. He also told the boy who called him that it was time for service. Now what should I do with this car?????? Will you take it back??? A few bucks less is fine.

Tata is making good products undoubtedly, but if tata wants to increase their sales, then do only 2 things 1. Improve after sale services. 2. Start giving AWD or 4WD in safari and harrier, only 2 things and tata going to rock the market, we r using tata cars since 1996- start our journey with tata Sumo, then in 2000 Indica,then in 2007 again Indica, in 2011 Manza quadrajet Abs, 2012 december Safari Storm, and 2019 july Nexon. So with all that experience with tata we want only 2 things...

After sales service of Tata motors is worst. My car has been damaged by Tata service center during first service and they acknowledged the same. Have not received any satisfactory resolution after multiple escalation. So stop buying Tata cars.
