It's a myth that addressing someone as SIR is a sign of respect. Even westerners have realised this and you can see that in IT companies. A beginner also calls a CEO of the company by his name. Respect or love should be in the mind. It will reflect in our actions.

Although we do not understand tamil, we watch tamil movies and are big fans of legends like ulaganayagan, surya, Vijay sethupati, Mani ratnam, GVM, loki, AR Rahman, illaiyaraja, anirudh the list is endless.
