On November 28th 1999, I was almost killed in a pipe bombing at my first job, in Cape Town, South Africa. Every year since then, I’ve tried to celebrate my survival. I call this my Life Day.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the day I almost died and today is 6 months till that date.
I’ve chosen to document my experience over these 6 months as I prepare for this milestone.
