The Hawkeye Women’s team is in great hands. Not only is she a great basketball coach, but she is so wise. I can’t wait to see lead the team.

Love this! Saw Iowa women play in Caitlin’s sophomore year. Started following the team. Absolutely fell in love with them and the coaches! Still follow them and can’t wait to see this new era with Coach Jenson!! Loved Coach Bluder! Still following CC and Kate in the W!! Good luck Coach Jan!!

Jan is such a class act. I remember when she was a high school star at Elk Horn-Kimbalton IA playing 6 on 6 girls bball back in 1987. So glad she's still in the great state of Iowa.

Great to see Meghan adapt and grow. Kate too.

So I don't watch much womens sports, maybe tennis and some Olympics stuff. I was watching a player that committed to Iowa for why I will never no they have treated her like crap for the 2 years she has been there and nothing tells me they will be any different this year this player is the best shooter on the team even when Clark was there and I think that's why they never played her. One game last year she score 18 points to in 10 minutes of course am talking about Taylor McCabe coach blunder didn't play her and this coach jensen will be the same they lied on Taylor saying she wasn't ready and need to go though a learning thing. Taylor was better than the starting 5 last year. I heard Jensen in a recent interview and when she talked about Taylors game it's like no big deal Taylor can hit a 3 yeah whatever but they made a huge deal out of clarks half court circus shots. Taylor hit over 100 more 3's in HS than clark did Taylor also won a National 3 point contest did u hear me NATIONAL they won't play her much watch they think these other players are as good as Taylor their not. She had over 2300 points in HS who comes close to thst on her team clark only had 2500 points and I bet she took a hell of a lot more shots than McCabe not sure why they dont like McCabe she should have never came to Iowa, if she would have stayed home Nebraska would have beat Iowa in the 10 tournament last year.

It has been a waste of talent and time the way they have treated Taylor McCabe she was a superstar in high school offense and defense then she gets to Iowa and rides the bench for 2 stupid years and they still will not use her for the star she is. I have a million dollar question why did bluder who already had 8 guards on the team think she needed to get in the portal and down size picking up an even shorter guard with a 5'7" molly davis who in my opinion didn't do much. Now the other players like Taylor McCabe who committed to Iowa had to sit while you play these other players like davis and the rest of the starting 5 that were not as good as her I would have left after my freshman year

I could not be more proud of the Iowa Women’s Basketball program and everyone involved in it. We were soooo fortunate to have Lisa Bluder for so many years and now we are sooooo fortunate to have Jan Jensen take the torch and continue to inspire and Coach young women!
