Evangelist Joyce Rodgers was a ball of fire! She preached and brought strictly word. Many times she was a speaker at my church in Houston Texas The Fountain of Praise. She will be missed.

Hearing about this Warrior has inspired me to get back on track with the work God has for my life. Thank you Evangelist Joyce for your life

I literally got lost watching this and thought I was watching a funeral for some queen or high powered official or celebrity. That's because she was a queen ! Hallelujah! Rest well sister ! Servant of the Lord! That new testament reading got me running! Amen !

Regardless of denomination, she was a wonderful woman of God. It is easy for people to speak about that which they do not truly know. God knows ALL things. This is a time to honor, celebrate the life, and give condolences.

I had never heard of her until her passing. Her presence fills my heart and is the evidence for me that she was a woman of God. The ceremonial closing of the casket was the most amazing act of class and tribute I’ve ever experienced. Rest well and I extend my authentic condolences to the family, friends, and church associates of Joyce Rogers!.

Like Paul said as he watched Nero’s chopping block being prepared for his death “For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.” Thank you Evangelist Mother Rodgers for your service to and for the KINGDOM OF GOD! Thank you Jesus for preparing a place for us!!!

Surprisingly, I hadn't heard of Evangelist Rodgers before The Lord called her home but after watching sermons of her since then, it was obvious how very effective she was in and to God's Kingdom. So to her relatives/church family/friends and anyone else who may have loved her--be encouraged that she is only absent in the flesh but remains with you in spirit. Therefore, may the Good Lord comfort and keep you in your time of loss. In Jesus' Mighty and Majestic Name. Amen and Amen. 🙏
