Something is weird with this commercial. When you look at the track listing on Discogs it’s missing some of the songs listed on this commercial. I have this cd and the the track listing is correct on Discogs. Perhaps they changed the track listing after this commercial was released?

You, Dana Long, are correct, as he was the announcer for all you had mentioned. Vic Caroli has also done commercials like these, most notably, an ad for Guitar Rock and Trials of Life. If you listen closely, his tone is similar to that of his work The Transformers. However... RHD RI, YOU'RE, SIR, ARE A LYING SHITHEAD WHO NEEDS TO FUCK OFF AND QUIT SPAMMING YOUR BULLSHIT!
If I were Victor Caroli, I would do his impersonation of his famous Transformers bumpers: "The Transformers will return after these messages" and "We now return to The Transformers."
