Me: "I'd like to see an Arnold schwarzenegger movie. mom, can we buy one at the store?" Mom: "we have Arnold Schwarzenegger movie at home!" Arnold Schwarzenegger movie at home:
What I love about the Arnold commercials (There's more!) was during that time, it was the height of his career and he looked genuinely enjoying making those.
@@AdmiralBison I doubt they payed Arnold millions for THAT. I feel there were some convoluted loopholes and intertwined strings being pulled to get him on set.
It's amazing that the Japanese actually paid these actors (including Charlize Theron) close to the same amount they would make in an american feature film.
@@mohamedelkayal8871 Oh, another man of culture! Have fun with them. Give Judgment a try too when you can. For a spin off it really lives up to the main series. Even surpasses some of the main titles by a lot
There is a lot to be embarrassed about. When you, and most of the world, considers you an artist, you should be above some things. One of them is playing in commercials.
@@NiePieerdol sooooooo in your mind it's better for an artist not to take advantage of their recognition by good money opportunities on top of showing a little distance to themselves?
None of these commercials are embarrassing, and for the few that could be, there's at least one movie done by the respective actor that's even weirder Ok, these sentences were a nightmare to structure
@@NiePieerdol I saw an interview with Harrison Ford. Whoever was interviewing him tried a 'gotcha' question about real artists... tv commercials... same stupid stuff you said. Ford smiled and said 'hey, if I can make a coffee ad - and buy an airplane - who wouldn't do that?' He has a great attitude. It is a job. Do your job and get paid. 😎
Did it ever came to their mind that one day everyone can watch these commercials on Internet. They might have thought these will only air in Japan, gues what
Yeah, he's failed as an actor for being too old, now he works as a car salesman at Daihatsu dealership in Tokyo, salary isnt much but it puts a food on his table.
